Family Room - size, comfotable beds

Bath panel old stained 7 obviously suffering water damage.

Rooms spacious and comfortable

Helpful, friendly and courteous staff. Clean and comfortable. Affordable. Lovely restaurant. Delicious breakfast (we only stayed the one night so only had breakfast)

Rooms are a decent size with a large bed and good facilities (tv, iron/kettle).

Shower had only had one setting - scolding hot. I was on ground floor near the road and could hear traffic through the night. Large beds slightly uncomfortable but would suit if you like a firm mattress.

Good location and plenty of parking.

Rooms enough space. Well set out and comfortable. Did not try restaurant, but looked to be conveniently accessible, as did the leisure facilities.

Disabled car park too far away, and needing detour or steps to get to entrance. This was difficult for us.

Two different menus. one down in reception nothing like the limited one upstairs in the restaurant. Two lagers were off whilst I was there I was told this was because someone had gone home with cellar keys, very poor. Also at breakfast on the second morning the hotel was out of stock of some cereals and there was limited stocks in the buffet as to say this is it take it or leave it we are not cooking any more.

Staff were really polite and very friendly. I enjoyed the swimming pool and gym although I did notice that your w has disappeared on the front sign of you building :-) Breakfast was really nice and staff again were very polite. I would come again

I got really hot in the night and didn't even realise if you had air conditioning so that could have been my fault. I opened the windows but obviously the traffic kept me awake but again this could be my mistake.

Rooms were very comfortable, clean and quiet

Bar closed when we arrived at 11pm We went for a drink at the local pub and that was very nice

The restaurant had a new menu, limited food and very pricey, not homemade food, the pizza was a frozen one and was charged £12 for it, 3 squares of ravioli £12 also wine very expensive by the glass, such shame as staff and atmosphere in there is lovely if a bit empty but food lets it down, that said the sunday carvery is excellent

The lock to the bathroom broke and we couldn't get onto it.

Green boiled new potatoes! Smelly shower curtain Shower head didn't move so couldn't direct the water.

It was close to the cheer comp at telford international. Staff were friendly and hotel was nice and big as were the rooms :) would stay again xXx

Excellent and quiet location, good parking, great facilities in room.

Big gap around main door which made it noisy when anyone was outside talking. This is not a complaint, just a comment

Staff were ok without being over friendly, so could improve slightly. Complimentary drinks were not replaced each day

It was clean and more than adequate for our one night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was adjacent to the main road and the traffic noise was just about bareable, but probably because we stayed on a bank holiday and the roads were quite empty.

This is a budget hotel well suited to stag and hen do'S. Do not go if you expect a decent nights sleep - paper thin walls and bookings of Twin Rooms are likely to be Doubles! Not happy, not a good stay - we left early! Pool was disgustingly filthy!
