We stayed with the children for one night as a stop over on route to Wales. I must say that the staff where excellent and in particular a chap called Terry for which nothing was too much trouble. Lovely rooms, great swimming pool and the breakfast was varied and fresh. Convenient location just off the M54 close to a huge retail park. All round a top stay and highly recommended.

Very good leisure facilities, however a little disappointed that these are not exclusive to the hotel guests, especially since telford football grounds are at the same site. The facilities attract a wide range of an audience. It needs a huge refurbishment and the hotel's information page needs to make it very clear that the leisure facilities are not exclusive to guests. The restaurant food was nice all in all, but their pricing is way too expensive for the standard of food.

Very clean rooms. Very good lesiure facilites and friendly staff. Rooms very very noisy from other guests in their rooms and the cleaning staff from 7.00 onwards.

The room was dirty. Either the bed linen was washed in something that I was allergic to or contained bed bugs. The shower curtain was badly placed and clung to you whilst having a shower

Big clean room, and loved the leisure centre with was the reason as to why we picked this hotel. Only thing we didnt like was the fact that we was on the ground floor, room 1 so we could hear everyone, i could hear footsteps in the early morning.

Our receptionl was very good on arrival. Staff were extremely helpful. Food & service was very good in the cocktail lounge & restaurant. We will go back there - no hesitation!

It was ideal for visiting my son and his family, he only lives a 5 minute walk away, we also got a good deal for our stay. I have stayed at the hotel many times, breakfast used to be included in the price, now they charge 10 pound per person per night, I also found the breakfast not upto the standard it used to be

Booking through yourselves was cheaper than a basic Premier Inn stay as we had a family room, pool and sauna etc and a good breakfast for £64 which was £2 cheaper then the Premier Inn. As a football fan also found the view when having breakfast was good to see and impressed with Telford Utd's set up. Pool area needs some slight attention, just simple paint work to be fair. Also need some information in the rooms about local attractions including info on a taxi number, restaurants etc.
