Bathroom had running water sound all night

Requested a quite room - given a room next to the road. Called recetption at 3.15am to complain and told always getting complaints about this. Stayed with you twice before - always been given are room at the back overlooking the football ground. Told by the receptionist on check out the request was noted but is not guaranteed. A quite room is vital to us -we would like to have been told on booking

It was clean

The breakfast was more or less cold at 8am. Even though a first aider, the receptionist was not able to provide me with any pain killers after a fall in the bath.

It was an excellent hotel, very nice decor and a relaxing feel about the place, the diner and breakfast we had were excellent, no complaints whatsoever. We left a charger in the room, contacted them, they found it and posted it to me, whereelse would you get service like that, well done

Comfortable and relaxing with friendly staff

Not with the hotel, but exiting onto the road from the hotel car park was somtimes time consuming due to traffic light system

Excellent pool with spa/sauna/steam room, and v good breakfast. For the price we paid it was extremely good. Only 10 mins from Ironbridge and Shropshire hills, and we found a nice Indian restaurant in Wellington.

clean, nice staff, good location, good-sized room, reasonable week day rates

would have liked a room with 2 beds, not a rock hard double bed, with a very uncomfortable fold out couch, very noisy plumbing when the shower was in use in nearby rooms, hair dryer switch had to be held in the on position to use it, needs more drawer space for folded clothes

It was a relaxing and enjoyable visit, the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean, comfortable and well presented.

Interesting being attached to football ground, sports centre. Good english speaking staff. Excellent buffet breakfasts.

A little further out of town than I realised. A bit of a trek getting to Weston Park for V (not driving).

Very pleasant stay everything was convenient for what I needed to do.

No. Was concerned when given a ground floor room next to busy road but never heard a thing through the night and slept very well.
