Very friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. A good choice for breakfast all we'll presented.
Nothing to dislike
Lovely bedroom and ensuite, my bedroom was at the back of the house, so didn't hear any traffic. Free WiFi which was a bonus you just had to put a code into your kindle/tablet or laptop & it was there. Breakfast you just wrote on a pad in the hall what you would like for breakfast. You can eat as much as you want.
Very narrow entrance into courtyard parking. Could do to be made abit wider. Quite a busy main road, and in morning you had to slowly creep out onto main road.
Chris is really friendly and helpful, feels like nothing is too much trouble, room was lovely and comfortable, bathroom was very clean, piping hot water. Superb breakfast cooked in front of you in a proper farm kitchen!
This old farmhouse has been beautifully restored. It's old so the floors aren't all level but that just added to the charm! Breakfast was perfect and served in the kitchen. Fantastic place to stay if visiting or passing through the Yorkshire Dales.
We had a room at the back with a beautiful view. Rooms at the front might get some road noise but can't say for certain. It's not a busy road so probably not a major problem. To be on the safe side try to get a room at the back of the house but if none available still stay here, you won't be disappointed!
Genuine old farmhouse, Large room with view. Warm. Dining arrangements.
Difficulty with Wi-Fi probably because of stone walls. Care needed with cobblestone yard.
dust in the bedroom , the owner didn't make one feel exactly welcome felt more like the butler who says "YOU RANG"Breakfast was and odd affair .with owner not talking and neither were other guests for that matter .wont stop there again that's for sure
The knowledge from staff Hearty breakfast Clean & comfortable
The fire, in our bedroom, was a good idea but caused smoke Car park & entrance was difficult to locate
Dog friendly BnB. Fantastic location with really helpful owners, one of the nicest home cooked breakfasts in a long time.
We liked the very warm welcome, the flexibility, and the peace we enjoyed during our stay. The hosts went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. We would certainly book again
Very welcoming and comfortable accommodation
Next to road with fast moving traffic
Beautiful location, lovely breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen and very friendly helpful owners.
Only thing was that extra bed put in room to make it a twin was really uncomfortable. Everything else was superb.
Friendly welcome helpful advice re area Excellent breakfast plenty of hot water
Access to property narrow and difficult ,uneven cobbles and broken stones ,could be v difficult for wheelchair users .outside areas unkempt , bedroom no duvets only single blankets laid across two single beds pushed together .ensuite too small to be a wet room
Breakfast very good
Private bathroom, but across the corridor Bath and shower in middle of room with no curtain or place to put soap, etc. Parking area very awkward
Very friendly host at the b&b, and also helpful. Spacious rooms with good facilities. Would definitely recommend.
Friendly and very pleasant owner. The breakfast was excellent, a good variety. Loved the big bathroom that went with our room. A great stay!.
Owner of Temple Farm very pleasant gave us a warm welcome.Breakfast very good.
Entrance into B & B very tight into courtyard, and driving out onto main road can be difficult.
The chat over breakfast.
The entrance off the main road was difficult
The host, Chris, was very accommodating, atmosphere was wonderful. Excellent location at Eastern edge of Dales
The room was clean, quiet and had fantastic views. The breakfast was great and took place a in fantastic farm kitchen.
It was a little difficult to get out of the parking area onto the road.
Rooms, food service and atmosphere good.
Location a bit out of the way, but a beautiful spot.
Lovely room, very large and comfortable bed excellent en-suite facilities. Very good breakfast in the farmhouse kitchen with a very hospitable host.
Temple farm is situated in a great location for exploring the dales. The rooms our friends and I occupied were great. The bath in particular was really appreciated after a long walk. Breakfast, round a traditional game house breakfast-table, was exceptional. Thoroughly recommended.
We enjoyed eating our delicious breakfast in the large homey kitchen alongside the other guests. The fresh baked bread was another plus, especially when the smell of it baking woke you up!! Chris and Dawn were the perfect hosts.
Location and friendly staff in an attractive setting with a great breakfast.
single mattress in twin/family room was poor quality.
Very clean. Very friendly. Very comfortable. Great location
