Friendly owners, very clean, great breakfast and situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the city.

Bathroom separate to the bedroom and on the last night I had to share the bathroom with other guests. Wouldn't put me off staying but it would've been nice to know that in advance.

convenient for public transport and cheap taxi service into town. The proprietor was pleasant and friendly and tried hard to please, took us by car into Londonderry to show us where to eat, etc., and bought gluten free bread for my wife who has a gluten free diet. Breakfast was adquate. The room was clean and comfortable.

The B and B had previously been a private house, we were the only guests and the proprietor was not on site. We didn't have a contact number. The property was a bit run down but adequate for our needs.

It was a great stay. We were only there for one night and pretty much stayed in the room. It was quiet and restfull. We were happy that we could use the kitchen and all of the appliances when needed.

That we had to share a bathroom with another group. But we managed and all worked out.

I had a wonderful stay at Templegrove in Derry largely because of Damian's hospitality. He offered to send my friend and I to the city in his car because he was going the same way, and was extremely friendly and accommodating the entire time. The place was clean, modern, and comfortable. It had great WiFi and Damian cooked delicious breakfast. Although it is slightly far from the city centre, I would opt to stay there again should I return to Derry.

It was slightly far from the city centre, but this can be overcome with a direct bus ride, or if one is suited to walk.

When i arrived to the B and B at 10pm no one was there to greet me i waited outside for 30 mins ringing the door bell untill a guest answered the door in his pants, leaving me to search the property for a vacant room. In the morning the man did not show up untill 9am and there was no option to pay by card.

The B&B was very homely, decor modern with all mod cons. The venue is situated in a quite cul de sac and overlooks a beautiful cherry tree. My stay was very peaceful. Staff were friendly and keen to accommodate my requests.

Would have liked de- caff items in room- but had I asked for this I am sure that this would have been sorted by the kind & helpful staff.

It was couple miles out of town but only £3 for a taxi, it was better being out if town a bit as it was very quiet and peaceful but close enough to reach town

    Nothing negative to write

Everyone was really nice and friendly, the house and the rooms are just adorable, the bathroom even has a bathtub and the bed is definitely one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Would definitely stay again!

The only thing I was kind of missing was maybe a little sign outside, just to know you're at the right place, and maybe a phone number to call. Nothing major though!
