close to tube station. many supermarkets around. spacious room.
I have stayed in a number of Aparthotels in London this place was great the pictures are actually what Templeton Place is like so often that isn't the case. It's clean, close to the tube station, the kitchen has all the essential cooking utensils and the air con during the brief heatwave very pleasant.
The fridge is amazing small as self catering accommodation a real issue. You have to go to the supermarket every day as you can't store much of anything. The freeview is very basic channels, if you are a tourist this probably isn't an issue, however I often travel solo on business to London at various times of the year, in winter it's nice to a wide selection.
Clean. Felt Safe, but on ground floor didn't open blinds much, to close to sidewalk. Clothes washer & dryer. A plus, but typical European style requires long dry cycle. Not good for cottons. Air conditioning! A luxury in London during hot summers. Instructions provide for everything except wall safe. Mon-Fri "receptionist" friendly and helpful.
They did not provide dish or laundry soap as other apartments we have rented. While there are very small local grocery stores nearby the large Sainbury is 1/2 mile away, but worth the walk. The location is a block away from Earl's Court Road and dinning options are very limited, if you don't cook in. Neighborhood is safe, however, if you have a suite on the ground floor you don't feel comfortable opening the blinds for very long. Wall safe was a little different to operate, and not instructions, had to look up on internet. Remember linens and towels only changed once a week. London is very expensive so value for money is less than renting for example in PAris.
Room was good, lovely location.
Have found staff to be really rude and difficult to contact.
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff
My boyfriend and I have been traveling around Europe for a few months now and this was by far our most favorite place, we never wanted to leave! The staff was kind and generous. The room was perfect (decor and cleanliness). To top it off the location was within 5 minutes walking distance from the train station and shops (including a grocery store and cafes). To prove our personal experience was amazing, let me tell you a little about the staff. On our last night, my boyfriend and I were doing laundry in the in-room washer/dryer (soap included in the room) when we pulled a little too hard on the handle and SNAP! We thought we were doomed so I called the 24hr help line in the rooms booklet. A funny man joked on the other line about how I must have had super strength and that he would leave a note for the staff in the morning. Around 8am I awoke and told the amazing/lovely/kind receptionist what had happened. She assured me that it was no big deal and the mechanic would be in shortly to fix it. Literally moments passed when another amazing employee knocked on our front door. He installed a new handle on our machine within minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. The amazing lady at the front desk kindly offered to put our clothing in another dryer to help us dry everything quicker. She ended up putting our clothing into 3 separate washer/dryers and FOLDED ALL OF THEM! And to top that, she allowed us to stay until 3pm in our room. We even received our full deposit back. This place is amazing and has angels working for them! Wish I could return sooner.
clean, nice location, comfortable bed
- no body mirror, just a small mirror in bathroom - uncomfortable sofa in the kitchen - weird room decoration - Hairdryer in the closet near the bed with a short cable, far away from the mirror (which is in the bathroom)
Power outage for two days with no body answering the emergency phone number. On monday, they told me there was a fire but I say they shoule have put a note with a substitue number or sent an e-mail. They gave me the extra bed for free as a make up.
Having a home away from home. We felt we were living there. Grocery store conveniently located. Underground station close by.
No staff available when we arrived and we were locked out.
There is no receptinist and whilst there, they are useless.
location and facilities are great.
it's a little bit expensive without breakfast. And there's no room cleaning service during our stay(3 nights).
Mrs.Melisa the General Manager was very friendly and helpful.we liked the room which we stayed and which had all fasilities we needed including kitchimet.the place is closed to the tube the bus station restursnts M&S pubs etc.we will recomand the place to our friends .
The size of the room, the free wifi, the friendliness of the staff, the excellent location (close to Earl's Court tube station).
Being placed in the ground floor without our prior knowledge (we would've prefered higher levels, plus it was noisy when the bins outside are collected, and we could hear the noise of everyone entering or leaving the building). We also don't like the absense of a 24/7-available receptionist, as we would've liked to check out late on Sunday but we we forgot to talk to the receptionist on Friday (because she's only available Mon-Fri, 8-5), and weren't able to even store our luggage in the hotel after check out to collect them later during the day. The code for the bin also didn't work, so we had to throw our garbage in neighboring bins!
Location and facilities are excellent. Our room was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. We would return.
This is a lightly serviced apartment hotel. Guests expecting 24-hour service would be disappointed.
location, well facilitated kitchen, spacious for 2 in premier suite, good choice we made!
floor and carpet not clean may be due to once housekeeping a week. no detail location map or transportation guide from airport is provided with booking email confirmation that was hard for us to find if not go by cap. we arrived in midnight by night bus from airport. but once you get there, it is easy to learn how to get underground nearby. no reception during weekend so it is not nice to have only one choice to leave your luggage in the open area at reception, but fortunately no problem finally.
The property itself is modern yet quaint. Loved the fact that the apartment overlooked lush gardens. Another great plus point was the service and how well serviced the apartment was. Surpassed all my expectations! Only things I would recommend are a full length mirror in the living room/ near the door instead of being hidden. Shower could have slightly better water pressure but lovely nonetheless. One last thing would be to have a pullout couch but overall loved this property and Melisa who managed the reception desk. Will definitely go there again.
It is a nice modern place. Large and bright rooms.
It smelled intensly of fresh paint, very unpleasant.
nice location, near the Earl's Court tube station. Quiet street. Spacious room. There are many supermarkets around here, like Tesco (24 hour), Sainsbury, M&S, and plenty of restaurants, pubs and fast food shops.
I stayed in apartment 15 in Nevren Place. The apartment was fully furnished with everything you may need. The living room and kitchen were big and well designed. The bedrooms were of good size. The distance to the Earl's court underground station is less than five minutes walk which was excellent. The area has many resturants, coffee shops and mini-markets.
Once a week room cleaning service is a negative in addition to not having the reception on the same building and their limited working hours. The internet service in my apartment wasn't working but they allowed me to connect to another apartment wifi which worked well.
Mellisa is really kind to me. Room making is perfect.
Room making is once in a week. We need some more stocks of bath tissues and laundry soap, I think.
Big space and hip decoration
Once a week cleaning service

I thought I had booked room with king bed. How ever was queen
Great room with great location.

I like the houskeeping service everyday
