"Hotel staff": in particular Victoria Murphy was "literally" there to help. "Furniture": new and clean to the extent that I I felt that the apartment was sterile as a surgery room. "Amenities": all are available. "Location": I only had to walk for two minutes or so to reach Earl's Court tube station, restaurants and shops. All in all, I have been visiting London for many years now and this is the most "ideal" place I have ever been at.

Convenient location, new large sized apartment, fully equipped kitchen, comfy bed Very small sized bathroom, awful shower, very cold floors in the apartment, poor choise of tv channels. Our suite number 03 was on the ground floor with windows facing the street, so it was very noisy because of it and there also was a lot of noise from the corridor and reception located there. So better ask for the rooms located on upper floors.

Upon our arrival we were stunned by a welcome surprise as the hotel knew it was our honeymoon and we were pleasantly shocked and grateful. Everything here was so pleasant specially Melisa at receiption did everything to ensure we felt at home. Location is a short walk from tube station and we had everything we needed in our studio to enjoy our stay.

Everything was simply excellent. I won't think twice on my next visit to London. I'll stay here again for sure. Nothing, but as a suggestion I would recommend to consider providing an access for disabled people and buggies at the entrance of the building. Either a slope or a small lift will do it and it will be of a great help for people staying at the hotel.

Location close to tube station. Reception staff extremely helpful and friendly. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and was exactly as advertised. Very quiet - no noise from neighbours or traffic. Our whole experience there was fabulous. Loved the decor.

First and foremost, the thought-out system of managing the place. And also the location is incredible, 5-minute walk from the tube station and a lot of grocery stores in the neighborhood. The staff is nice and polite, hotel manager Victoria is very welcoming and helpful. I'm glad we chose this place to stay.

I was an exhibitor at Earls Court Exhibition Hall and the location was perfect. It was shorter than a 5 minute walk. It was also located on a quiet street just one block from busy Earls Court Road where I could purchase supplies or dine in restaurants. Typically, rooms in London are very small, so it was nice to come back each day with plenty of space to unwind. My unit was immaculately clean. The staff went out of their way to make sure their guests needs were attended to. Victoria Murphy was an outstanding host. She was very busy but always to time to say hello or answer travel questions. I plan to stay there next year!

Situated in a nice area, the room is modern, clean and confortable. Stayed there for a week with my 9 years old daughter, and we had a great time. Five minutes walk from the tube station and a supermarket 2 minutes walk - was very helpful The staff was wonderful! The fridge is too small to everyday ingredients storage, so we didn't cook as we usually do when we travel and stay in room with kitchnete

The room was clean and trendy, the location and the view were excellent, quite neighborhood yet everything is close, including Earl's court underground station (4 mins walk), many nice restaurants, coffee shops, and convient stores. Hard to find there wasn't any sign on the place I had to ask hotel next door for it. Corridor were smiley and lack good ventilation.

The location was so perfect, everything we need was near from the hotel just 5 minets walking also the underground was near. In conclusion the hotel is perfect for every one.

The staff(especially the hotel manager Victoria) was great; the flat was well- designed and spotless; and the location is wonderful. According to the photographs provided by Booking. Com, there should be a bath tub in the bathroom. However, when we arrived it was a bit surprising to see there was only shower. But it was ok, bath was not that essential, though it might have enhanced the whole experiences if there was one.

Before we arrived our contact with Victoria was very pleasant and helpful and after we arrived she was an excellent "hostess". We loved our room: great high windows providing plenty of light and fresh air, a comfortable sofa and coffee table for relaxing, plenty of storage, a well stocked kitchen, very comfortable bed with some good separation between the bed and the living space and a large bathroom with plenty of space for toiletries. Very helpful to have the washer/dryer. Allowed us to pack light and wash clothes before we left. Other guests at the hotel were very quiet. Very nice neighborhood...we felt tucked away but just one block from was a busy commercial area and a tube station. We had to study the appliance manuals quite hard to figure out how to use them and never did understand how the coffee maker worked. Gratefully there was a Starbucks a block away and my husband made a coffee run every morning. I'm sure Victoria would have helped us if we had asked but it might be nice to create a simple, one page explanation for those quests who are unfamiliar with the way uk appliances work. We had no complaints...everything was very nice...and we'll be back.

The studio was spotless and comfortable. We had initial problems with the shower water temperature control and the cordless phone, both of which were fixed very quickly. The staff was very helpful. The decor is very simple and modern. The location is on a quiet side street but very convenient to a busy area with grocers, shops and restaurants and the Underground. There are no racks of pamphlets about local attractions, as one would see in a regular hotel. While not a deal breaker by any means, as a first-time visitor to London I would have liked to see some of those. (There was one flyer for the British Museum).

We loved the location close to the tube, having a place with lots of room (which you won't get in most hotel rooms) and having a kitchen to cook meals in. The day manager was very helpful and friendly. Great place... would definitely recommend. nothing really... other than we had to go out and buy face cloths, as they didn't supply any.

The room was very spacious, especially for London, it was clean and it was comfortable and felt brand new. I stayed for 10 nights but wasn't in the room much, left early and came back late, but it served its purpose. Earl's Court underground station is only 3 minutes away and its on the Piccadilly and Northern lines so very quick access to most places in central London.

“Lovely modern apartment, good quality fixtures and fittings. Had everything required although didn't need to use dishwasher or washing machine. Appliances such as hob and microwave needed a little figuring out how to use as I couldn't find any instructions, but not a major problem. Apartment was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed, slept very well. En suite very nice. Tesco nearby Earls Court tube station about 6-8minutes walk for me.” Julie, Padiham Lancashire |
