The way the lady picked up the napkins after part of the wedding meal was just over, the fact that 2 girls were refused breakfast, even tea and toast at 10.20 am. I know breakfast ends at 10 , however they were at a wedding the night before in your hotel.
Friendly reception staff, nice bar staff
Staff did not know how to use printer, bedroom was too dark and bed was soo uncomfortable
Excellent hotel in a great location the staff are wonderful and could not do enough for you food is top class and Sams bar has a brilliant pub atmosphere
staff were so helpful, beautiful rooms
Bed was very uncomfortable mattress needs replaceing
Food is amazing
Because it was busy for an event, the bar stopped serving which we were unaware of as they said another area was opening up but the staff rectified this and accommodated us which we really appreciated.
Nice relaxed hotel, really nice room, comfortable. Slept great. Staff were lovely and very helpful. I would stay here again.
Loved the comfy cosy room. Enjoyed the lovely food in the relaxing restaurant. Friendly and helpgul staff. Really enjoyed our stay
There us no free wifi as other hotels & b&b do give u free access to wifi
Food was excellent
Staff were friendly and good service. would stay again
The double bed was actually 2 single beds pushed together which wasn't that comfortable for someone lying in the middle of the bed.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel had free parking and good facilities with good sized rooms.
Entertained a customer so disappointed main customer was not open.
Warm, comfortable independent hotel. Peaceful location near to International airport. Efficient check-in/out; friendly staff gave free upgrade to suite. Good value.
Nothing. Everything was perfect!
perfect hotel. Friendly service. Beautiful Room. And breakfast was to die for!!! 10/10 xx
The place was poorly lit on entry. The reception area was cluttered. There was table tops on sides in corridors. There was uncleared tables with broken crockery all evening. The staff were very busy and just about met the needs of guests. On numerous occasions we were asked if we were groupon guests. This was not good at all. Felt like second class. Was very disappointed!!
The bedroom was clean and comfortable
Temperature too cold in the room.
Good connections for bus.
Having to pay for wi fi in the hotel
Extremely friendly staff great location excellent food sams bar has a brilliant atmosphere
No free WiFi in a hotel which could be filled with business travellers, due to its location between airport and Belfast plus good road links across the country Bacon cooked to leather status yet rest of food good.
Friendly staff Good location
No wifi offered
Staff very friendly rooms cosy and comfortable. Restaurant and bar outstanding.

Hotel a bit dated
Staff were very good whilst serving dinner for ladies night
No lift to higher floors
Staff were professional ,clean rooms and food excellent
Convenient for Airport, ample parking, reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Very striking and unusual hotel architecture
This hotel needs renovating, the bathrooms are tired the furniture is old looking; the bedroom door had a piece of toilet paper stuffed in hole where once a security eye viewer was once fitted and last of all the wifi must be most expensive on the planet. £8.95 per 24h
The bar grill is very good
Very disappointed in my stay at templeton hotel The whole way through food Value for money and comfort Nothing was appealing First major disappointment through booking. Com
The staff were friendly
Wine plunked on meal table, unopened, and we had to open & pour it ourselves. Nobody at reception when we arrived (1945 hours). Layer of dust along length of varnished ledge beside our mealtable.Had obviouslynot been dusted for weeks. Limited dinner menu due to fact they had no duck or liver, despite the fact they were on the menu,& there was no lamb on the menu. Used cutlery & dishes not removed from table when waitress camt table to see if everything was OK. Smell of frying oil permeated throughout Grill Bar.. Milk jug on breakfast table was filthy inside near top-it was brown with dirt ! Cooked breakfast was not exactly as ordered. TV remote control in bedroom did not work. Stayed in this hotel over a number of years without complaint.Retired to live abroad, so this sojourn was first for 3 years.Problems must have, therefore developed over past 3 years.
Friendly receptionists Food tasty Bed comfortable Good location
