Score from 153 reviews Fabulous
perfect hotel. Friendly service. Beautiful Room. And breakfast was to die for!!! 10/10 xx
Nothing. Everything was perfect!
The bedroom was clean and comfortable
The place was poorly lit on entry. The reception area was cluttered. There was table tops on sides in corridors. There was uncleared tables with broken crockery all evening. The staff were very busy and just about met the needs of guests. On numerous occasions we were asked if we were groupon guests. This was not good at all. Felt like second class. Was very disappointed!!
Good connections for bus.
Temperature too cold in the room.
Extremely friendly staff great location excellent food sams bar has a brilliant atmosphere
Having to pay for wi fi in the hotel
Friendly staff Good location
No free WiFi in a hotel which could be filled with business travellers, due to its location between airport and Belfast plus good road links across the country Bacon cooked to leather status yet rest of food good.
Staff very friendly rooms cosy and comfortable. Restaurant and bar outstanding.
No wifi offered
Staff were so helpfu and friendly and food was beautiful and great value for money. The hole stay was so good. Mr Mrs Moore bangor.
Staff were very good whilst serving dinner for ladies night
Hotel a bit dated
Staff were professional ,clean rooms and food excellent
No lift to higher floors
Convenient for Airport, ample parking, reasonably priced, quiet and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. Very striking and unusual hotel architecture
The bar grill is very good
This hotel needs renovating, the bathrooms are tired the furniture is old looking; the bedroom door had a piece of toilet paper stuffed in hole where once a security eye viewer was once fitted and last of all the wifi must be most expensive on the planet. £8.95 per 24h
The staff were friendly
Very disappointed in my stay at templeton hotel The whole way through food Value for money and comfort Nothing was appealing First major disappointment through booking. Com
Friendly receptionists Food tasty Bed comfortable Good location
Wine plunked on meal table, unopened, and we had to open & pour it ourselves. Nobody at reception when we arrived (1945 hours). Layer of dust along length of varnished ledge beside our mealtable.Had obviouslynot been dusted for weeks. Limited dinner menu due to fact they had no duck or liver, despite the fact they were on the menu,& there was no lamb on the menu. Used cutlery & dishes not removed from table when waitress camt table to see if everything was OK. Smell of frying oil permeated throughout Grill Bar.. Milk jug on breakfast table was filthy inside near top-it was brown with dirt ! Cooked breakfast was not exactly as ordered. TV remote control in bedroom did not work. Stayed in this hotel over a number of years without complaint.Retired to live abroad, so this sojourn was first for 3 years.Problems must have, therefore developed over past 3 years.
We have to pay for wifi.I am working in a hotel (in kildare, ireland) our wifi is free anywhere within the premises.
The family rooms on the top floor are amazing
No lift left it really hard for us with a buggy and bags to come and go from the room.
Wonderful hotel, staff could not have been more helpful, clean and great value.
The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. it was a good location to travel Co Antrim
The bed was terrible, probably the worst we have ever encountered
The country feel and the homeliness of the hotel. Great staff too, each were very friendly and greeted me as I came through the door each time
Breakfast service was a bit confusing.
Grill room and breakfast were good. Bar staff were very friendly. Good location.
Very dark and dated ambience. Room was too hot with no way to switch off radiator in bathroom. Pillows and mattress was very hard.
food and staff
decor of room needs updated but very clean and worth the money
Stayed overnight for a wedding party. The room was nice and spacious.
The bathroom would need some work there was no room around the washbasin.
Fantastic friendly staff could not do enough very good value for money
being charged a fortune for wifi
Large open areas for relaxation and for informal family gathering. Beautiful garden area viewed from bedroom but not enough time in schedule to fully appreciate, maybe next time I visit? Dining in the restaurant was very enjoyable and reasonable as well as the full breakfast.
Some bathroom areas need touching up especially around the bath but otherwise fine and fit for purpose.
The suite that we had was excellent in terms of space, comfort. Real luxury!
Having to pay for wifi!!
I was surprised that they expected payment for WiFi something most places including B & B do not make a charge
