Templeton Hotel  

The hotel recpetionists and all restaurant staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the hotel's grill room and the receptionist arranged a taxi from and to a nearby hotel to attend a friend's son's evening wedding reception. The rooms were spacious, clean and cosy.

Extremely large and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Friendly staff. Clean.

Everything was great with our stay, checkin was swift, the room was clean, well maintained, the staff are all friendly and the breakfast was super.

The staff were first class and responded to our problems in an efficient and pleasant manner. The food was first class.

We were of the opinion that the hotel was having difficulties. During our stay there were difficulties with the water services and the boilers. We felt that more could have been done to inform the residents as to the problems.

My partner and I stayed here for one night and at first I thought it was a strange hotel - the dining room was like a murder mystery setting and when we went to our room it was like we were in a ski cabin with all the wood! Apart from the hotel needing a bit of an update we had an excellant time. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and the food in the restaurant and the breakfast were delicious! We didnt expect much for £50 b&b for the two of us but we really enjoyed our stay and would definately go back again.

Some of the chairs and carpets need to be replaced, they are on their last leg!

The bed in the room was a really good size. The bathroom was lovely.

Location to both Belfast and the airport, There was a homely atmosphere in the hotel, rooms were excellent.

Room was too hot and little control of heating. In the Raffles restr the service was very slow although there were a lot of people present. Breakfast was average, The soda bread from the Ulster fry appeared to be deep fried as was everything else on the plate.
