The room was very nice. Grill room was good food was nice service was quick. check in was very quick staff were very helpful.

the only thing i did not like was there was no mirror in room only in bathroom so had problem using my straightners as there was no plug near,

good clean hotel, rooms are comfortable, breakfast was very good, staff very friendly, good parking and easy access to motorway. I have stayed at this hotel before and had an evening meal, the food was very good

Bedroom Looks tired needs a freshen up (accept as a positive remark)

No sky tv or free wifi

Rooms were not clean at alll hairs in bath rust round bath towels weren't clean no face cloth and an empty condom wrapper in room damp patches in hall ways and cob webs round lighting was a bit grubby and run down very disappointed made complaint on Monday still waiting on reply to my phone call from hotel manager

Extremely good value. Staying in the city was very expenive and I felt that it was well worth while travelling 15 minutes to Templepatrick and saving alot of money. Breakfast was included for the price also which was very good.

Our bed was very uncomfortable. It felt as if we were lying on the base of the bed and it had a join in the middl. This was our only complaint although I feel it is an important one.

Restaurant and bar

I was travelling with a colleague. I booked the rooms, I paid for both rooms using my credit card and I was allocated a single room and my colleague was allocated the honeymoon suite. How did that happen!

Good location, quite near the airport. Good food & friendly bar.

Rooms now very dated and dark inside, too much wooden panelling,needs some serious investment.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, offered us a meal despite arriving late at the hotel. Very impressed with service from all members of the team.

Although clean and spacious the rooms need updating.

Restaurant and like the setting.. We got married there 14 yrs ago here..

Good apart from beds.. Double room had 2 single beds pushed together.. I expected a double bed. And they were so uncomfortable,, hard!! That was disappointing after returning back after 14 years of getting matter there

Staff were very good and attentive.

Fantastic

The hotel recpetionists and all restaurant staff were very polite, courteous and helpful. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the hotel's grill room and the receptionist arranged a taxi from and to a nearby hotel to attend a friend's son's evening wedding reception. The rooms were spacious, clean and cosy.

Every thing was great at this hotel. If I go back I would book again

The ceiling in the breakfast area needs painting & stains on the bed

Extremely large and comfortable bed. Excellent shower. Friendly staff. Clean.

As the price was per room it was expensive as I was staying on my own, however, everything else about the hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly the room was lovely and the hotel met all my requirements. It was easy to locate and free parking was brilliant.

Everything was great with our stay, checkin was swift, the room was clean, well maintained, the staff are all friendly and the breakfast was super.
