i enjoyed my stay it was all that i have completed above except didnt get to the beach or sightsee but if if i had stayed longer i would have availed of all mentioned.It is a hotel to suit everyone. Lovely and hope to be back.Breakfast was lovely as was my evening meal. |

The staff here deserve a special mention they were all, without exception, very helpful and attentive. A special thanks to the lovely lady receptionist on night duty who allowed me to use the hotel's computer to check in online for my return flight next day, thus saving me valuable time on my journey back to the airport. There was nothing "gourmet" about the food in the bistro, the rib eye was tasteless and the fries anaemic, and did not get much better even after sending them back! |

We found the staff very friendly, courteous and most helpful. The gourmet restaurant was affordable with interesting menus and good food. However, the dinner menu did not change each day. We found the hotel an excellent base from which to explore Co Antrim - the Causeway Coast, Belfast, Lough Neagh. Our room overlooked a pretty well kept garden but we could not open the window. The hotel was a very interesting design and a certain vintage; however we felt that parts of the hotel like the bar area badly needed to be refurbished at this stage. |

Easy to travel to Belfast and surrounding area. Clean hotel, excellent bathroom, bedroom kept clean and tidy. Good friendly staff. Food a little expensive - buy main coarse then have to buy potatoes and again vegitables, which adds extra £5 to meal. Doors to resterant (from hotel rooms) were marked as "fire doors" one was always lock!! Only one member of staff on at breakfast, slow service - not staff fault as staff were polite and doing best. |

Good modern stylish building in excellent location for the International airport. Good inclusive breakfast. Evening bistro menu pricey - vegetables were extra. |

well for a start the tv only had 4 channels working the bed was like laying on a hard floor and to top it off wee where at front of the hotel whree all the noise was the mucis when on till well after 1 plus on air con the room was like an oven i was not inpress with it and i dont think i would be back we never even stayed till next mornin we left at 1.30 i the mornin it was that back |
