Location Helpful and friendly staff Comfortable bed
small rooms for price. Only good if you want a short stay Cost of drinks and food
the staff were very helpful
Having to go home
It's very good hotel
Love the rooms, comfortable bed, cleanliness. Location excellent, just next to shops and restaurants. Staff super , friendly and efficient.
I have been going to this hotel for 5years and their TV/satellite signal is still a problem. Restaurant seems a bit too formal and expensive !
Clean, modern and bigger than I expected though not huge. Nice neighborhood and location, there are plenty of things to do a short walk away.
Excellent food beautifully presented. Helpful friendly attentive staff. Great furnishings in dining room and entrance Comfy bed. Nice quality linens Daily maid service who made order out of our untidiness. Quiet location with individual shops bars and places to eat. Near the Wallace Museum. which is a Fantastic place to go if you like museums.
We booked room only as breakfast option not available at time of booking. To get the best price for breakfast tell receptionist day before to order you your breakfast or else you get charged more!! a bit stingy on bath products considering price per night not clean where glass screen meets bath yeuk
Most everything. Our room was very quiet. We had a terrace. However, there is no view. That wasn't a problem for us, but some people really enjoy a view.
Room on the small side, but that is quite understandable for London properties.
Big Rat came to the terrace midnight scared
Staff is a Blast, kind, helpful, eager to make the stay as pleasurable as possible. Room is beautiful, quiet area.
Room a bit too small, but that's London.
The attitude and friendliness of staff
Earlier closure of cigar bar.
The staff were great, and we had all the toiltety needed.
Location in London Quiet room on the street side Very helpful staff
Noise from the hallway.
Breakfast offering: On previous visits, the breakfast offering of a small buffet of juice and cereals with the option of ordering dishes from the kitchen was excellent. Now, you require waiter assistance to get even a coffee ! Room size: Again on previous visits the rooms, while not being overly generous, were very comfortable. On this visit, the room was pokey at best and certainly not value for money. I certainly would not be impressed if offered such a room for a weekend away.
Very comfy bed Good room facilities
Not quite the bar/restaurant facilities you'd expect from the description
Room too small, too warm. It was not possible to activate cooling.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. I was upgraded upon my arrival and treated like a queen. I was very impressed with how attentive everyone was. I would absolutely stay here again, and would recommend the hotel to anyone who is looking for a quiet small boutique hotel experience. Lovely.
Breakfast was excellent, staff pleasant, rooms lovely
Proximity to the delights of to Marylebone High street.
Broken window screen in bathroom and glass bathroom door which let in a lot of outside light at night. Not fixed? Why not? Small room for the price but this is London(?!!)
i love the position of this hotel. the staff on reception are really helpful and remembered me and gave me an upgrade. the room was beautiful.
the wifi wasn't fantastic but i think it may depend on which room you are in,
This hotel is faultless. When you pay top price, you expect a top hotel and 10 Manchester does not disappoint. I highly recommend this hotel. Great area and a beautiful feeling in the hotel.
No negative here.
The location and decor
Price for a four star hotel with no amenities comparable to a five star hotel is outrageous
The room was small
Very comfortable room.
Breakfast not included in price.
