The ambience ,decor and comfort. The staff professional but also caring and welcoming.
Everything.the staff were amazing friendly professional and polite .nothing was too much trouble
Nothing at all
the bed, linen, pillows and mattress are amazing!!
from the lift to our room there was a tobacco smoke smell that was very irritating, especially for people, like me, that cannot support the smell of tobacco. Once that we enter to our room the smell disappear
Good location, friendly & helpful staff
Some of the rooms are rather small
We had the best time. Great location, the kindest staff ever, helpful, thoughtful, very professional. Rooms have great beds, quiet, tons of amenities. Really worth it. I have told all my relatives this was the best hotel in London.
Good location. Well appointed quiet bedroom. Good facilities. Helpful staff.
The staff especially concierge and reception who are so helpful and friendly.
Welcome by the staff
Location Staff Quick check out
Location, quiteness, staff
Small toilet, but it's ok
I mentioned on the way out to the nice guy on the reception (Italian I think) that we where staying because it was my wife's 50th birthday ...when we returned there was a bottle of Presecco on ice this was a really nice touch
The only negative lack of storage (draw) space ... apart from that the hotel is perfect
We only stayed for one night unfortunately but were looked after like royalty. Everything about our stay was amazing. The hotel is set in a perfect location to explore Marylebone and also really close to Oxford Street. The rooms are furnished to a really high standard and the bed was so comfortable. I really cannot fault the hotel.
We did like almost everything about this hotel !!!
There are no blinds in the window of the bathroom. Because there is a (non-transparent) glass door at the bathroom, the sun-light in the morning is not blocked.
i had to check in earlier than expected and the staff did all they could to find a ready room for me
feather quilt and pillows deep bath, loofah, bath robes, very relaxing books and magazines in the room quality tea making facilities with fresh milk overall sense of luxury and indulgence
very slow breakfast which overcharged for

Loved the location , rooms super, clean , comfy and very relaxing . Easy to visit shops , restaurants and lovely part of London .
The restaurant, and bar very expensive and it showed nobody there the whole of our stay - 2 pots of tea£12.00 drinks more expensive than the Shard, I've stayed in this hotel for years and it never used to be so expensive for good and drinks !!
compact bar/restaurant can be crowded to check in/out if you're unlucky
Genuinly friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, perfect location near Marylebone High St, elegant and comfy room and facilities, enjoyed it all.
Literally nothing was below standard!
Very clean and stylish hotel with very friendly staff. The bar served lovely, but expensive cocktails.
Location was good, hotel was very nicely presented, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was well appointed
Room was a little small but no different to other central London hotels. Room service breakfast came without any drinks.
Friendly and very helpful staff, very discrete housekeeping. We got our room early, as wished, and the attention for my daughter's birthday was very much appreciated. Very convenient location for our stay in a quiet street between Baker street tube station (2-3 stops to St. Pancras and Euston stations - from Euston easy trip to Harry Potter Studios) and Oxford street shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby and seemed safe even later in the evening. Clean room with comfortable bed (minus too hot blanket). Extra plus: a few padded hangers for delicate clothes, much appreciated! Rather new bathroom with a good shower and handy make up mirror (to be taken to window side table in the room). Good wifi connection. Comfortable bathrobes and slippers.
Minor issues: Although the bathroom wasn't big, with better planning it could have contained more shelf space for guests' own toilet bags. Maybe an extra trolley might fit in? I don't like the general trend in hotels to provide so luxurious blankets that you sweat through the night unless you set the air conditioning blowing cold through the night (and even than). This was the case here too. I'd prefer a lighter blanket and extras to add if needed.
Great hotel, top quality in beds and bedding. Although the rooms are small the total quality of the hotel makes up for the lack of space
Not good for the informed as there are high steps on the approach to hotel. Limited breakfast menu.
People were very nice and tried their best
Took forether to serve breakfast
