Loved it, i had also requested for other things and it was no problem getting it sorted for me.
Very friendly staff, given an upgrade of our room fabulous facilities and bedrooms
The location, the staff, the restaurant, the room.
The staff were incredibly friendly, went the extra mile to provide as much advice as possible to save us walking around the streets as we arrived extremely early and check in wasn't until 3pm! The food in the restaurant looked and smelt fantastic though due to set plans we couldn't squeeze another meal in! Gorgeous room, no disturbances from other guests, absolutely spotless.
The only (very very very miniscule) issue was the depth of the bath! It was extremely shallow. Lovely and clean though!
Nothing was a problem for the wonderful staff .
Wi Fi could have been better
The room was amazing!! The bath was just out of theIs world!!!
Love the Ten Square & almost ALL the staff!!! Only downfall was housekeeping....but overall awesome!
Housekeeping smaller details neglected
Location, friendly staff and comfortable rooms
Poor car parking facilities
Great staff Many 'extras' Perfect location
The location of this hotel is excellent. Most hotels in Europe have small rooms, the rooms here are more in line with larger cities in the US. The staff were very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful.
Unfortunately most if not all hotels in Ireland do not have air conditioning and Ten Square is no different. That being said, they do have small fans in each room, which helped.
I've no bad words to say about this hotel and everything involved with it! Staff were unbelievable in helping us with a problem when we first arrived. Catherine, in particular couldn't have done more to help us. Rooms were spacious and very clean with all mod cons required. Free paper every morning and the Breakfast's where on a different level. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in. 10/10
All the staff including the reception, Steven, the bell captain, John the matre de were all better than excellent. Great location.
Beds were good, but could have even a little more padded.
Staff were very helpful and friendly and all the extras were a + nice to be in a hotel that has not every thing tied to the walls dressing gowns and slippers were a real luxury ........
Wi wasn't great in room
Staff very nice Rooms very comfortable Greeted with a glass of fizzy on arrival which is a lovely touch Room upgraded
If it was a very warm day rooms would be uncomfortable as no air con but fans available
location room was good size
no air conditioning and room far too hot despite fans. food not as good as reports had led us to believe
Unfortunately both myself and my partner got water poisoning for most of the duration of our stay at this hotel. This was a result of drinking a cup of water from the bathroom tap. With this being a 4-Star hotel (and a very nice one at that in the centre of Belfast), I didn't think it would of been a problem but with no warning signs in the bathroom regarding the tap water, I didn't give it a thought. As a result, both myself and my partner woke Saturday morning feeling terrible with constant diarrhoea, throwing up, hot and cold sweats, constant headaches, and pains & aches all over our bodies. After spending the best part of £800 on this holiday including travel by ferry and train, this is £800 we won't see again. After my partner mentioned this to one of the porters on Sunday night regarding the tap water, it seemed after she told him he had a sense of knowing in his face to the extent "we're buggered" as if it happened before. He then explicitly told my parter not to drink the tap water at this hotel. No courtesy calls or knocks on our door afterwards to ask how we we're both feeling happened, nor did they ask us how was our stay upon checkout even though this was asked to the previous 3 guests checking out at the same time. Obviously no compensation offered. If you order room service, they will say you can pay by card or give them this paper card they give you when you check-in, but actually this isn't true as we we're made to pay by cash. Even though we we're both riddled with illness and could barely move, my partner was made to get dressed and leave the hotel to find a cash machine nearby to pay for the room service. The food was really bad especially considering the price. There is no air-con either so if it's a hot week while you stay like it was for us touching 28C, you are better off staying outside as long as possible as the room is so unbearable in terms of humidity as the window barely opens either.
Was were at a wedding and it was perfect to stay after a long day and night. Bathroom was the best part of the trip to be honest.... That and the robes.
Mineral water available was fizzy... Not everyone likes it.... I do, partner doesn't. But I don't like fizzy water hot. Also the room was not a pleasant experience as it was faaaarrrr too hot, which meant cold showers to keep cool and soaking my p.js in cold water before putting them on.... It was THAT BAD. Plus an early check out which no body likes.
The whole experience from check in , food , drink, room and especially the staff to check out was excellent I would highly recommend Ten Square
Nothing at all
Evening meals, veg risotto and also potato gnocchi, both really delicious
No air conditioning, and inadequate fans supplied
The room was too warm
Great location, everything an easy walk to get to in Belfast, be sure not to miss having a pint at the Crown Inn, an amazing Victorian pub.
Wasn't as nice a room as expected .
Loved the location
The room too hot, smell in room, couldn't open window properly, traffic fumes
Great service and facilities
Room was extremely warm
Excellent Staff ,Food good, Rooms very nice, cleanliness good
Room suffered from lack of aircon as very warm and couldnt open windows at night due to proximity of road.
