Quiet yet convenient for shopping in the city. \Every customer is treated the same in a friendly but curtious manner. The restaurant staff went out of there way to make sure I was comfortable as I was eating alone. They made me feel valued.

The room was fab (we got upgraded for free) and we were well looked after, a very nice hotel. 5 minutes walk from the main shopping centre. We had a meal in the hotels resturant which was nice but i've had better and it was over priced.

We Have stayed here many times. We only live in Lisburn 8 miles from Hotel. The staff are very friendly and treat us like one of the family. We have stayed in most hotels Malmaison Fitzwilliam but none beat this lovely hotel. Rooms are spotless .Reception is very quick beautiful small hotel Hidden Gem.We stayed as it is very central for the night life. Excellent fry next Morning. Hopefully back for Valentines weekend. See you soon Charlie Bev Howes xx

Location excellent. Lack of private parking. Pay and display parking immediately outside hotel but no spaces available. Valet parking not offered. Nearest public car park a ten minute walk back to the hotel, with luggage to carry.Noise levels in bar/lounge could be heard on the third floor.

ten square is very convieniently located and the rooms were very comfortable especially at night the temperature was just right as in some hotels it can be very warm and stuffy. overall i found the staff were not that accomodating and that we were just a number we could have just walked in off the street an not really have been paying for the privillage of staying there. In the morning the breakfast wasnt up to scratch either we were in a group of six an there were two baskets of toast given to the table which consisted of two rounds of toast in each basket and when we asked for extra toast we were given another basket with one round and half in it food wasnt great somebody needs to learn basics of cooking eggs scrambled egg an omelette were rubber. Overall was just disappointed in the whole experience felt there isnt enough emphasis on making your paying guests feel special an lacking that personell friendly touch wont be rushing back or really reccomending to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at Ten Square, pity it was only for one night. We were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was lovely, the Reception staff throughout our stay were professional and courteous. Restaurant food was also to anexcellent standard. The overall stay was very enjoyable and we hope to stay there again very soon

Excellent hotel with great staff and location.Restaurant was lovely but a little bit pricey, but would most likely dine there again and would most definitely stay in Ten Square again. Only disappointment was when I went to book the restaurant, two different staff refused to take my reservation because of my appearance, but did not say so directly, and told me I would have to make my reservation at reception.Apparently this was because I had a tattoo and was wearing sports shoes when I went to make reservation but nobody bothered to ask me would I be changing for my meal....which by the way I was obviously was.I Took slight offence to this because nobody mentioned a dress code to me and I do not dress offensively.

The hotel has a great location in the city center.great atmosphere in the bar.rooms are lovely and the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Some of the staff were rude unpleasant and unhelpful.showers did not work on the sat night.duty manager told us to take a cold shower!not acceptable for this standard of hotel.also we felt because we booked through booking.com they were not interested in us at all.they reduced the price of the room by 20 pound.i have wrote a letter to the manager so hopefully he can resolve this issue.

Comfortable room with a large king size bed. Very luxurious decor and great location. Staff were very accomodating and pleasant. Room 213, location overlooking court yard and heard a lot of noise from air conditioning units etc. No shutters on bathroom to block out light early in the morning.

We had an exclusive room and the room was lovely. Large, comfortable room and very clean. The service was very good and reception staff were very helpful. The only complaint is that the shower in our bathroom was quite poor with little pressure and the water was not very hot.
