the staff at check in were lovely and very helpful, the complimentary bombay sapphire and tonic each, mmmm, the room was much larger than expected, the king size bed and superb pillows. Everything in fact!!

that we were only there for one night :-(

The room door did not lock automatically after shutting the door, so you had to turn the key (traditional key) in order to lock the door even if you were inside. That was not an error, it was just not modern.

The staff were absolutely incredible. Very hospitable and we encountered three people who all went above and beyond for us. Wonderful rooms and location! Free wifi! Also,Belfast is a hidden travel gem!

Everything. The staff are excellent, really professional and yet very friendly. Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Food was good and the bar/restaurant is used by locals as well as tourists - great ambience. Brilliant location for sightseeing/shopping and a short transfer from Belfast City Airport.

Location is excellent and lends itself to doing the excellent City Hall tour.Busy and obviously popular bar. Staff very helpful.

Room was only ok. It was not that warm. We were not unhappy with the lack of heat but we commented that others would be. Room was also dark. We went room only as the price of breakfast offered was too expensive.

I cannot fault the Hotel in any way. From the reception to the restaurant staff, all were really nice and helpful and excellent at their jobs.

Staff all friendly, professional and very helpful. Cooked to order breakfasts, very well appointed rooms, AC you can turn off! (big personal bug-bear with hotels that have AC always on)

Being very central the hotel bar is a local hot spot (seperate entrace, same building). Noise from a loud disco downstairs didn't encroach into my room but you may have to go elsewhere if you wanted a quiet drink in the hotel on a weekend evening.

The fact that staff who worked in the restaurant poorly communicated with hotel reception staff to take care of a meal voucher. This left are short stay in belfast to be disrupted due to having to return to the hotel after check out to sort out the problem which should of been properly sorted out on departure.

Ten Square is my favourite hotel in Belfast. Friendly and helpful staff, great rooms, comfy beds and nice linens and breakfasts. Always go back there - and always love it.

I love the style of the beds. The pub is very warm and friendly, and the staff are fantastic. One thing I didn't realise when I booked, but was fantastic, was that you have a car park available as part of the hotel. Soooo nice!

The room was a bit too warm but really, that was such a minor thing.

although i was only there for one nite i found the staff very helpfull and friendly the hotel was clean and my room was perfect i will be returning to this hotel again and i would definitely recomend this hotel to family and friends. Great location as well for the shops and only 20mins from the airport. thank you i really enjoyed my stay !!

The service at Ten Square was exceptional. I would like to single out Keith for being friendly, accommodating and attentive despite us not arriving at the hotel from the airport until after 1 in the morning. Would definitely stay at Ten Square again.

Fantastic Hotel. We loved it. It was well situated next to the city hall, and it had a lovely restaurant in it. The staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed staying here, and would highly recommend it.

Made very welcome on arrival. Staff were helpful and printed out my return boarding pass, and directions to the airport when we left. Very clean, large and comfortable room. Would not hessitate to stay again or recommend it to others.

The location was excellent. Rooms tastefully decorated and staff very pleasant!

Found car parking difficult. Had to park on street therefore had to set alarm for 8am to feed parking meter!

Free wifi, clean room, helpful front desk staff, felt like a proper Belfast hotel. Great view of city hall. Quiet rooms.

The older male bar tender ignored us for 20 minutes forcing us to move to the main restaurant. It was odd compared to the great service we received from the rest of the staff.
