Wonderful,
Score from 25 reviews
“ It's nice that this small family business thinks of everything for their guests. Fresh milk when you arrive , dressing gowns, bottled water . All this from this lovely B&B. I payed a lot more for a lot less. Breakfast is made to order always thoughtful. Even though it is on a junction of a main road. ”

The warm welcome, facilities and excellent food. Very good value for money. Close to a main road but double glazed and not too much of a problem

Everything connected with this stay is highly reccommend. The room was large and had everything you could need, the food was quality not quantity and the owners friendly and helpful. I cannot reccommend this B & B highly enough.

It's nice that this small family business thinks of everything for their guests. Fresh milk when you arrive , dressing gowns, bottled water . All this from this lovely B&B. I payed a lot more for a lot less. Breakfast is made to order always thoughtful. Even though it is on a junction of a main road. There is double glazing to resuce the noise and ear plugs for those who can still here the traffics. All rooms have long size beds, great

We had a one night stay as at a wedding locally, Very friendly welcome, lovely room, immaculate, great shower, very comfortable bed, fabulous breakfast with loads of choice for non-meat eaters. We have been impressed and would definately return and next time we will book in the restaurant also.

Everything was loveley in the room, a great selection of tea and coffee, biscuits, bottled water in the room. The receptionist was good, had a good knowledge of the area, when we asked for directions. Breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for a wedding we were at up the road.

The fabulous meals at the restaurant and the luxury items and touches in the bedroom. The noisy location at the crossroads - cannot open the window without excessive noise keeping one awake - BUT ear plugs are supplied.

A well run, friendly establishment with a very good restaurant. Small and nicely set out it met all my espectations. Well fitted out rooms with good beds and an impressive selection of additional conviences (TV, WIFI, etc). The restaurant is especially good for both dinner and breakfast. It has a good wine list. It has descreet and safe parking. Staff are most helpful. Very convienient for my requirements, although it is not located particularily close to many local facilities. It is located on a roudabout junction between 2 main roads but with good glazing noise is not a great problem.

The food in the restaurant was excellent (dinner and breakfast). Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, tasteful and clean. The location is good for visiting Shropshire (but I wouldn't bother with Market Drayton) The farm house is located on a busy junction which is noisy through the night. If you want the window open at night this might be a problem.

The building was beautiful and very well furnished. The gardens also beautiful, our room overlooked it. Ear plugs supplied as the house is just off a roundabout and a fan is supplied in case guests did not want to have the window open HOWEVER we slept with the window open and slept well without needing the earplugs.

Was staying with my father who was sick the morning after we arrived after drinking what we believe to be contaminated bottled tap water -why would you have bottled tap water in a room in a hotel when the water in the UK is fit to drink anyway? Toilet in room would not fill up properly - really helpful when your being sick. Chef was rude and cold towards us on second morning of our stay and showed little in the way of customer service towards us. The place may have 5 stars -but for what other than rudeness and poor service. All in all NOT IMPRESSED

I like old buildings and the farm has enormous character. The staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly and the breakfast in both quality and choice is the best I have ever experienced. Unfortunately, I only staed overnight so did not have the opportunity to take dinner. I have no complaints
