Terry was very friendly and a good host and it was in an ideal spot for shopping and the lights and beach

handy for what we wanted.

The manager was lovely, so friendly and helpful he made us feel welcome and instantly settled thankyou for having us! He even made conversation about where we had travelled from (great glen) which helped us feel at home. lovely breakfast

What an excellent host terry was from the moment we arrived right to the miniute we were leaving.He gave us a great insight into what to do in around blackpool and made his guest house like our home he cooks a cracking fry up and was great with my daughter. Absalute lovely man

We were a party of 7 visiting Blackpool for a rugby final and Terry was very accommodating and very very funny, the breakfast on both mornings was good and plenty of it. We would stay again

We had a great time staying with Terry, it was a home from home. Very comfy beds and clean rooms and Terry makes a great english breakfast too.Terry really looks after his guests and the next time we are staying in Blackpool we will try and stay with Terry...Great

Made to feel very welcome.

Me and my husband stayed in Blackpool at Terry's guest house for 1 night. Terry made us very welcome and and even made our breakfast early for us as we needed to get back early on the Sunday. The room was what we were expecting and was as described when I booked the room. The bedding had that nice freshly laundered smell and the bed was really comfortable. Would stay again on our next trip to Blackpool :)

Nice place to stay if on a budget, cheap and cheerful. Terry was great, provided us with a parking spot before we checked in which was really helpful. then he gave us all the local info we needed to get us to the event we were attending. this really made our weekend. cheers Terry

Nothing at all to complain about

It doesn't have private bathroom as described and was filthy

Friendly, excellent location, good breakfast, excellent value for money.

Terry was extremely friendly and accommodating. After picking up our son and his luggage from school we had a packed car, Terry allowed us to leave our own luggage at the hotel for a day after we checked out so we could comfortably fit into our rental car while our son was with us. He also allowed us to picnic one evening in a lovely back patio/garden. The hotel is old, but cheerfully eclectic.

It is slightly off the beaten path, and has some wear in the carpets and wallpaper. The fresh paint, cheerful garden, and extremely cheerful innkeeper more than made up for these slight issues.

Terry was a very cheefull man and very helpfull towards me my wife and teenage children

Every thing was grt..njoyd alot..brkfst was good...room was comfortable...nice location,nice room,terry was awesome...me n my friends will miss that trip with terry...

Terry himself was quite an interesting character.

For a guesthouse/BnB there should have been towels provided like other places if he doesn't want to provide towels then he should advise on the website to bring them with you. Not a great service. Decore and diy around the place needs fixing up Beds uncomfortable, shower facilities very poor.

Terry was very friendly, always helped us. Breakfast was amazing. The bed was comfy. I enjoyed my stay at Terry'S.
