Staff wouldn't help with information about parking in street outside, inaccurate information given so paid for parking elsewhere that we didn't need.
Needed to stay near Battersea, great location, parked at Olympia and great links to there from the hotel. Hotel clean, very basic but acceptable breakfast. Asked for ground floor and we got it which was really great as can't climb stairs easily.
All of it
Wifi was a bit poor, we stayed on the lower floors and had no phone signal so better wifi would have been better
Location Comfortable room Clean room Will deffo go again when next in London
Not keen on continental breakfast. Missed breakfast altogether.
Comfortable bed and quiet. Location excellent.
The bed was terrible. There was a sponge mattress on top of an older mattress so there was no back support. The wifi while available was slow and unreliable. Minimal effort was spent in providing breakfast which was basically bread with the choice of jam or butter to eat. Also they provided cereal, tea coffee and juices.
Clean environment. Friendly staff.
The breakfast was underwhelming but it was included in the already fantastic price.
Convenient location, clean comfortable room and value for money.
breakfast included - but only butter, honey and jam for the toast :(( Cheese, please!
Reasonable price; cosy atmoshere; peaceful and calm; convenient location, beautiful setting. Helpful and friendly staff! :))
The purpose of our trip was to support local team (Sunderland) who were playing at Craven Cottage nearby. So obviously liked location and standard of cleanliness was good
Soft beds heating to high, rubbish breakfast.and the lift that was out of a horror film....
Bathroom was very small and the bed was way too soft. Need a harder matress.
Location was great, zone 1 and direct access from Heathrow. Hotel was tidy and clean with a friendly staff.
Bathroom a bit snug but functional. Not complaining for the price.
Easy location. Comfortable and clean room. Nice to be able to have a free breakfast - cereal and toast perfect.
My room was small and basic, for a short stay it was everything I needed. Comfortable bed, great heater, view of the park, free wifi, tea & coffee in the room. The shower was not overly powerful but it did the job and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very friendly and most helpful when I needed to extend my stay, they went out of their way to make sure I could stay in the same room. As a solo traveller I felt safe as the front desk was always staffed and front doors locked. The location was great, a 5 minute walk to the Earl's Court Tube underground and high street where there are plenty of food options for eating out or even grocery stores. Another short walk away to Kensington High Street for shops, cinema and more eateries and the lovely Holland Park! I would recommend Garden View and would stay again.
The room was small (single) and the bathroom was tiny. It was adequate for one night. The window rattled in the wind.
The location was great with plenty of local shops and a tube station nearby. The view from my room was over the square and it was very quiet with no traffic.
In My rom I found a water-boiler on which there was witten "15£ per use". And The room (paid 70£ per person Four on night) was al Just a Little Bigger than the bed itself
The staff il Very Kind, they speakes many languages and give you lots of informations, And The Place is Very Close to the metro station
Breakfast was very poor- marketed as continental but hardly that. Choice of Three basic cereals, toast and coffee from a sachet. No pastries or fruit I would thought to be there as a minimum (even better if yoghurt/muffins/meat/cheese)
Good location and price
Can do with improving the continental breakfast as it's obviously least taken care of in this hotel.
it was a pleasant experience and staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was fab and impressive for the price.
Room very warm and windows do not open . Breakfast room very small and hot, some guests to wait in the corridor until a table became available.
staff were very polite and helpful. Room very clean and comfortable. The room was cleaned, beds made and fresh towels given dailty.Location excellent, short walk from Earls Court tube and 2 stops from Victoria. Very safe area.
breakfast - poor
Pillow is not comfortable
Crack in bathroom sink but didn't stop us using it.
Booked twin room so we could go to the BBC Music Awards at Earls Court. Brilliant location, value for money, room more than adequate. Breakfast was cereals, toast etc which was enough to start the day.
Weak wifi signal, breakfast quiet poor but ok
Location, the area
Lift could do with replacing for a bigger one and also the breakfast wasn't very great!
Good location, tube is only round the corner, easy to get to and find! Good customer service and friendly staff!
breakfast room size bathroom TV too small expensive
nothing really, everything was fine
great central location, clean and tidy hotel
