The reception opens for 24 hours, some of the staff are friendly and the location is perfect The rooms are too small we had a room for 3 which was the same size as a twin but with an extra bed

Hotel staff is so kind . I appreciaed that they were two ladies. They gave us a top floor triple room insted of a twin. There is also a lift in the hotel which we can not find easily in the london hotels. Birds are coming always to the windows so I could not sleep sometimes, but my son loves that situation and the garden view from the window....

The location is really good Earl's court in tube zone 1 and facing a square with very little road traffic Room just had been refreshed and the wood stain odour was still very persistent. The bed mattress was really too soft for me. Poor window isolation meant that I was awoken by birds in the morning ;o) Allegedly point 2 and 3 are down to your tastes...

This is a friendly hotel, the staff were really helpful. Like the 24 hour reception. Like the price for a single room. Only one thing, room needs a full length mirror, possibly pon the inside of the wardrobe door?

Good location, friendly staff, good central heating for the chilly month of December. Clean rooms with beautiful view over the garden Double bed was small like a single bed, paper thin walls you can hear the conversations of other guests next door. You have to run the shower for a good 6 to 10 mins before you get hot water. Tiny sink and slow elevator.

It was in a very convenient location for all the things we planned to do in London. The room was clean and very warm. Reception is 24 hours, which comes handy when you stay out late. They had a storage room for keeping our luggage all day, and despite there were a lot of suitcases, there was room for everybody. Internet was included in the price and it was working fine. Staff was always polite. Breakfast was simple but enough for a good start of the day.

Easy to get to location close to Earles court and underground. Myself, sister and 2 daughters wanted a room with 4 single beds which this hotel had and it was a comfortable and peacefull stay in a nice area. Breakfast was adequate but very imited both for the food ( 3x cerials, white bread toast, apple or orange juice, tea and coffee) and for the size of breakfast room.

The staff were extremley helpful. The hotel itself had a lovely modern feel whilst retaining the character of the older building. The room was a very good size (we'd booked a double and had a double bed, plus 2 singles) For the price it was absolutely perfect - and only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court which was ideal for our stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again. The room could have done with more plug sockets - we could only easily locate 2. It would have been nice to have the option of a cooked breakfast, even if you had to pay for it

The staff were fantastic, friendly and efficient, I can't praise them enough. The room was comfortable enough, small, very hot (even with the radiator turned off) but very basic. The bathroom was basically a loo, sink and shower in a cupboard. Again, enough, but no more. And a bit smelly. It's quite a noisy place, due to being so close to Warwick Road, but very convenient for Earls Court.

The wireless internet did not want to connect, although I had been connecting with wireless in hotels all over London for the previous couple of weeks and the following week. Staff were helpful about looking at options, to help me.

The staff has been tremendously kind to me, they allowed me to leave the luggage on the checkout day and let me use the toilet and changing room to wear more comfortably on my way back home... Much appreciated! Free wifi in all the hotel was good as well The room was very small, but that's usual at london. No major problems here
