Was pleasantly surprised with the nice room we had, friendliness of staff and the great location. Very easy to find. Great value for money. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely stay again.

My friend and I booked a twin room. When we arrived at the hotel we were welcomed by friendly staff. We were provided with a punched key and the password for the WiFi. The room looked nice and clean, a bit small though but satisfying. There were a TV set and a kettle which is a positive point. We could enter and exit at any time. And on the last day we had a bit of extra time to wander more in the town, so we left our luggage at the hotel for free. Overall the best point about the hotel is its nice and friendly staff. A few disappointing matters about our staying; firstly the plugs in the room were just in one corner and no plugs were next or near to the beds. The other thing is we struggled a bit about the WiFi, sometimes none of our devices could find a network at all (maybe it was because we were the last room in the hall). The other disappointing but funny aspect of this hotel is its very small lift. The capacity is for 4 people but two average persons can fit in with no luggage. It should be considered that the room was discounted from 90 to 60 pounds per night and my ratings and review are regarding 60 pounds I paid. PS: the breakfast is so simple (butter, jam, toast, milk, flakes)

Location is absolutely the best thing about it. Only 3 minute-walking from the tube station; nice neighborhood. The bathroom has a fair size, at least double of the average bathrooms in the average hotel in London. Breakfast is from 7:30, but we had to check-out at 7 and they didn't even give us a take-away toast or croissant.

The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was a little cold because I didn't open the heating. Then I told the stuff that I wanted one more blanket to keep warm. He not only gave me what I wanted but also helped me open the heating the next day. Besides, most of the staff would smile and say hi to us when we were back to hotel. Living in this hotel is really comfortable. The breakfast is only bread and jam.

Clean, modern and pleasant room. A few minutes walk from Earl's Court station, perfect to get on the Piccadilly Line and to Heathrow for an early flight (why I chose the Garden View). Nice view as well. Nothing too negative. Tiny elevator, only two people without luggage at a time. I skipped the free breakfast due to lack of open tables...but no big deal.

I chose Garden View firstly because of it's location, less than five minutes walk from Earls Court and secondly because it has the best reviews and score for a lower priced hotel. Excellent, thank you!

The Italian receptionist was very charming. The shower was hot. The beds were comfortable. Rooms very small. One of our rooms did not have space to open their suitcase. I complasined and the next day they got a new room. But all tyhe rooms are small but acceptable if you don't expect much. However,. Breakfast was pathetic. Just cerial and toast. The staff in the kitchen were ignorant and un intewrtested in the guests and the sitting area was too small and over crowded. There was no sitting room to relax in the evening with our friends and the rooms were too small to joing them for an evening drink.

Hotel staff is so kind . I appreciaed that they were two ladies. They gave us a top floor triple room insted of a twin. There is also a lift in the hotel which we can not find easily in the london hotels. Birds are coming always to the windows so I could not sleep sometimes, but my son loves that situation and the garden view from the window....

The location is really good Earl's court in tube zone 1 and facing a square with very little road traffic Room just had been refreshed and the wood stain odour was still very persistent. The bed mattress was really too soft for me. Poor window isolation meant that I was awoken by birds in the morning ;o) Allegedly point 2 and 3 are down to your tastes...

Easy to get to location close to Earles court and underground. Myself, sister and 2 daughters wanted a room with 4 single beds which this hotel had and it was a comfortable and peacefull stay in a nice area. Breakfast was adequate but very imited both for the food ( 3x cerials, white bread toast, apple or orange juice, tea and coffee) and for the size of breakfast room.

The staff were extremley helpful. The hotel itself had a lovely modern feel whilst retaining the character of the older building. The room was a very good size (we'd booked a double and had a double bed, plus 2 singles) For the price it was absolutely perfect - and only a 5 minute walk to Earls Court which was ideal for our stay. I'd definitely choose this hotel again. The room could have done with more plug sockets - we could only easily locate 2. It would have been nice to have the option of a cooked breakfast, even if you had to pay for it

The staff were fantastic, friendly and efficient, I can't praise them enough. The room was comfortable enough, small, very hot (even with the radiator turned off) but very basic. The bathroom was basically a loo, sink and shower in a cupboard. Again, enough, but no more. And a bit smelly. It's quite a noisy place, due to being so close to Warwick Road, but very convenient for Earls Court.
