The staff were very helpful, the food good, and the room warm
The bathroom. It was not possible to have a shower and there was only one very small piece of soap
Stayed in a Superior Room with balcony over the river which was a good size. Great location next to the river and plenty of parking available. Stayed here a few times.
It's all just a bit grubby and tired. But it is good value.
Food was good
Was a really dirty hotel, had no sleep due to planes flying over all night and a very hard bed. The roof was leaking and a bucket was put on floor to catch water. We also had no blind or curtains in bathroom so everyone could see you in your birthday suit.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff were excellent Lobby and bar area really nice when you walk in Parking facilities excellent View and location was excellent Bedding was clean.
Window locks not adequate for your children. Wifi signal not that good in the room. rooms need updating no shower pressure Everytime we were in the hallway my 3 year old twins kept asking me what the smell was(musty old smell) Cob webs everywhere in the room.
Mildew smell in the entrance. The shower was almost impossible to use, and the breakfast was lousy.
Needs some refurbishment
Loved the location!
Would have preferred fresh fruit salad for breakfast rather than tinned - a small criticism as we really enjoyed our stay.
The location, staff.
We had a third floor room, and the wifi didn't work properly there.
Big, clean room with all the facilities I would expect for the price. Nice balcony looking out across the river. We had a veey early start and the hotel arranged an early breakfast for us.
Room above the bar was a little noisy until 23:30
Friendly welcome and helpful service. Decent breakfast and good value. Excellent location.
Hotel very noisy at night due to poor soundproofing - could hear people moving about and using the bathroom so slept badly/were woken often.
Location ,parking,value,breakfast,rooms ok.
If you serve real ale please make sure it's kept well , my pint of London Pride was awful.
Italian restaurant- food excellent Staff were very friendly and helpful in reception and restaurant
Beds were far too hard in the 2 rooms we stayed in. Decoration was a little tired
Restaurant and excellent dinner
Bedroom tired and in need of refurbishment. Too much traffic noise with all windows closed
The attention given to us by staff. Knowing that we spent our wedding night in 1964 and went back on this our 50th. They made it quite special at our meal.
Minor detail, but the bed was only 4 foot so was a bit small. If a six footer slept there it would be a bit difficult.
Staff were friendly
Bathrooms and rooms were dirty and mouldy. Rooms decor needs updating. Noisy in the hotel from other rooms and high level of traffic and people outside.
Staff friendliness, good location, good sized room, good breakfast
Cleanliness, windows in the room would not close, fixtures and fittings look very tired, unsecured car park
Run-down, dated rooms- peeling wallpaper Noisy disturbed sleep- party in hotel below No cooked breakfast available until 0830
Friendly staff. Tasty Italian food. Excellent staff
Road a bit noisy
Noise from planes
On the banks of the Thames. Beautiful area to walk or just sit and have a beer. Great breakfast.
Room a bit small. WiFi was poor.
The location was excellent! The continual breakfast and bar also very good
Our room was up four flights of stairs, no elevator, Tiny, but clean. No wi fi, our phone didn't work and it took an attendant about 20 minutes to get the tv on.
LOCATION EXCELLENT, friendly staff and a good breakfast
Rooms just too small
Bedding was clean and staff were very good..
shower was grim thick black mould in several places . Just needs some T L C.
Very friendly staff lovely clean bathroom
Walls could do with a lick of paint
The breakfast was not very warm
