Priorities for me as a business user, plenty of on site parking, smart bar with sky sports tv, italian restaurant in the hotel with italian chef and staff, very good food and service, pasta from around £10 up to fillet steak around £21. Good size room with decent flat screen tv, nice powerful shower, overall great place to stay ,would definitelty stay again. No real dislikes, paintwork on outside could do with a smarten up, think this would add more to its appeal.

Our room had great views of the Thames. It was large, comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel itself has easy parking and delightful and helpful staff. Not so much don't like but I think it would be sensible to warn older guests that the hotel stairs, particularly to the top floor are quite formidable.

We loved the style of the hotel, and the very friendly staff especialy Mr Telemahos. Well situated over the Thames river, spacious parking, very convinient for Heathrow airport. Nice hot breakfast. Housekeeping needs more attention.

The room was ok, wifi was very fast and reliable, the staff were friendly enough. The breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also nice, a bit of a walk (15-20 mins) from town, but I liked that. Could do with a bit of refurbishment and one morning there was no hot water, but overall, no major complaints.

Great staff generally, superb restaurant with very experieced waiters and great chef! Beautiful location overlooking the Thames, lovely river bar serving good selection of ales and they have a very large secure car park. We had a lovely room overlooking the river, and breakfast the next morning was one of the best we've had. We.ve stayed here twice now and will no doubt be returning! Just a minor point, our room decor was a little tired, but I understand some rooms have been updated and no doubt others will follow,

Location is really calm, large car park, rooms are confy and it is really value for money. The annexed Italian restaaurant serves really good food very close to Italian standards and portions are huge: when the waiter tells you "it's massive" you should worry if you are able to finish it I would have liked scramble eggs for breakfast as an option, but of course this is a non-issue: it's just me!
