A 3 star hotel at the top end of the range. nothing major really, perhaps the walls were a bit thin and could hear sound through connecting doors. |

The location is ideal for our needs. Lovely riverside location and free parking when we take the train into London to see a show, visit museums and the shops. My husband had a battered fish meal which he said was the worst he had had in his life. He felt it appeared to have been reheated or recooked. It was hard and chewy but he did not say he wasn't happy with his meal when asked because he said he was so hungry he put up with it and did not want to wait for another and he does not particularly like confrontation and prefers just not returning. So, we did not use the restaurant again that stay. |

The riverside location was a delight as it faced towards the 'best' side ofm the river. The walk along to Penton Hook Lock was delightful. The town centre was close and parking at the hotel was good with CCTV to provide security. |

Outside access for our dog straight out onto grass area. Lovely location on banks of river. Bathroom was a bit tatty (door damaged), as was the fridge. Outside door lock was worn and didn't work very well. |

The location i sgreat, by the river and close to the town centre. The staff were excellent. The car park was very small. Get there early if you want a parking space. |

I liked the view over the Thames, the staff were polite, nice bar, nice room with tea and coffee and wake up call. No food available as there was a function on. The remote on the TV didn't work. The car park was full so we had to park in a public car park and get a ticket before 8 am. Maybe the staff could offer this service when necessary so guests can get a lie in. |

Upon arrival the sink in the bathroom was badly blocked, this should have been fixed prior to arrival - I wonder whether there there is a damage reporting process for the cleaners on the rooms. |

It is in a good location next to the river Thames, and the accommodation is fairly good. The hotel is getting a little tired in it's decor |

We have stayed there before and the location is ideal for our needs. Staff are very obliging. The overall hotel facilities are good. We stayed in very hot wheter and were told there was a fan in the cupboard. There wasn't . Supplied the next day. Note well it is not airconditioned. |

Good proximity to the town centre. Nice position by the river. The bedroom was unbareably hot. The air conditioning did not work and the windows could only be opened a tiny amount because of the security locks. There was not a great deal of parking space outside and the hotel allowed people to double park. As a result i was left waiting over an hour in the morning because i was blocked in and the hotel did not know who's car it was. |

Good room for the price. Comfortable bed. Nice view of the Thames. Did the job very well. Hotel ran out of ice!? Too few towels. Poor shower. Poor wine list - had to ask for Prosecco, which was in stock but not on room wine list? Room service order incorrect - took two attempts. |

The view over the River Thames and the proximity to the centre of town. The staff were helpful and the breakfast a very high quality. The bedroom lighting was not 100%, and the room keys did not ale=ways function. |
