The view, Room Quality
Wifi was frustrating Staff at reception slow
Pretty much everything....
Room was too hot, no AC and windows don't fully open.
Our Executive en suite room and enjoyable restaurant with top class service
Comfortable bed Clean bathroom Good TV Tea & Coffee Plenty of wardrobe space Full length mirror Great location
No view of the river from our room Breakfast was not included in the price
Location and nice room layout
Drinks pricey but offloaded by room rates
Everything was ok
Very hard to find parking Only one Blue Badge space
We stayed in the annexe which was very quiet . Having a restaurant providing good food at reasonable prices.
The hotel is quite a long way from the town.
Very friendly an efficient staff would stay again rooms comfortable. Breakfast was good value.
House with character. Very good breakfast buffet.
The hotel was very good no problems all staff very friendly and helpful . All good
Good location by the river Room with river view was good and comfortable.
Hotel food and drink prices very expensive so had to look elsewhere which is difficult as Maidenhead centre has a very poor choice. Carpets were quite dirty
A good hotel in a nice location.
The stairs! Climbing up to the top floor with a heavy suitcase not an enjoyable experience. Even for the younger people a lift is essential when you have luggage.
This hotel had a good location overlooking the river. The en suite rooms were basic but comfortable with a TV, tea/coffee etc. The hotel receptionist and staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are small and the hotel generally is a little 'tired'/watch out for the spiders too. We were really disappointed with the choice at breakfast and, yet again, we encountered a few spiders in the dining room and on the table where food was displayed.
Staff explain things clearly and are always helpful if you require goods or services.
The staff helped us out with the bugs without hesitation.
There was a lot of mold in the bathroom!!! There was quite a lot of noise up till 11PM (shouting, door banging etc.). There were quite large spiders in the room (several). Not a lot of parking available.
Small room. Extra cost for breakfast. Overly expensive.
Good position,nothing to worry about.
was easy to find , perfect for requirements spacious rooms,
A LITTLE CLOSE TO MAIN ROAD FOR TRAFFIC
We have stayed here before and it offers good value for money at the price we paid. I would not stay here at the price published in reception. The hotel being on the fringe of town suits us as we like to walk in.
This hotel has a beautiful garden spoilt only by the fact little of it is level. It would cost very little to level the ground and make sitting more comfortable. Parking is also a major problem but I understand there is an overspill car park but this is of little use when booking in.
Location on the river
Rooms too hot. Fan was provided but not sufficient. Weren't allowed to open windows because of the time of year and midges off the river.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was great being on the river.
The food , the gardens , and the helpful staff . The nice large room and comfortable bed + teas made in the room in the main building 105 .
The executive room we were booked into in the lodge which we refused to accept and we were moved to the main building by a very helpful receptionist .
great location, nice bar / restuarant
The position of the hotel and the restaurant was excellent and food very good.
Sad to see the state of the doors to our balcony and lots of dust and cobwebs on the outside of the building, balcony not very high considering it was a FAMILY room! No hot water for a bath on Saturday evening....
