Good location - relaxed and excellent communal areas Yes: I stayed on the 3rd floor and the pressure of the shower was very poor - almost like a dripping tap. |

The food was excellent as was the standard of restaurant service Yes. On arrival we were allocated room 106, directly above the bar. The noise was unacceptable and we were unable to sleep until 0100. The next morning we were given a different room in the Annex, which we could have been given the night before, which we found much more quiet. |

Lovely riverside location, excellent for relaxed walking. Value for money restaurant. Convenient base for exploring local areas. Desk lamp in bedroom would be useful as lighting too subdued to be able to put make-up on, had to use bathroom mirror. |

We found the hotel excellent for a short stay tro visit relatives. We were offered an upgrade which we accepted and the room was excellent. The shortage of towels was rectified very quickly as was the shortage of milk. Breakfast excellent, we did not eat in the restaurant at night. No particularly |

Friendly staff, clean and well apointed room, comfortable bar and restaurant, excellent food, covered smoking area. There was one minor irritation - it was not possible to control the heated towel radiator in the bathroom, which was on full blast. Outside noise meant keeping a window open was not an option overnight, and the bedroom became rather stuffy. Otherwise there were no complaints. |

could not get on the internet, phone in room did not work, layout of the room meant that the bed was on the wall so you heard everyone coming in and out of the hotel, too warm opened window then it was too noisy people coming out of pub which woke my grand daughter up. Nightmare to park. |

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is good quality and reasonable value for money. Have stayed before and would again. Upon arrival our booking had been lost, however a suitable room was found at the same rate which was fine. The room whilst nice had some problems, no hot water in the shower, could not have a proper wash and the sink plug did not work and the heating in the room did not work. Having said that when mentioning these things on check out we were offered a free breakfast which was most welcome and very good. |

Everytnhin was very good, staff were very polite, nice location beside the river. We did not like the fact that we were in the lodge, which meant we had to exit the main hotel to go to our room across the car park. When we previously stayed here we stayed in the same category room, but in the main building. We would not stay again if we thought we would have one of the the lodge rooms again. When booking, it would be helpful if we were told that the room would be in the lodge. |

The room was very nice and good value for money and the restaurant below the hotel was very good. There was no-one at reception when we arrived. After about 5 minutes the receptionist arrived, bringing her evening meal with her, which I assume she planned to eat at the desk! |

nice location next to the thames, food in hotel very good, excellent breakfast, freindly staff, nice room, we were given the wrong room on arrival, this was quickly sorted out,it was due to the girl on reception not keeping things up to date before she went on her break. |

Excellent location with great views of the Thames. Food in the Blue River Cafe was of very high standard as was the service. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. I would stay here again. Basic tea / coffee making faciliities in the room would have been handy as well as a small fridge for extended stays. The room was also quite hot so a fan or ceiling fan would have made it a little more bearable on the warm nights. |

The location was lovely with large bay window with views of the river, with activity of the rowing club on the opposite bank Felt they should have pointed out that the 20% discount in the Blue River Restaurant was only on the A la Carte menu before you ordered. |

The room we were initially allocated was in the annexe overlooking the car park and beer garden. Not ideal. I spoke to the staff at reception and after a quick search we were moved to another room without a fuss. |

The river view was beautiful, the people working there were helpfull, the room was little small but in europe this is common. the bed was so confortable makes you sleep fast. It is located in a very quit area, nothing will disturb you. The Gas station's supermarket infront of the hotel opens 24 hours (water, cock, choclates .. etc) There is no left, so you have to cary your bagages to your room. |
