Excellent food, service and price
Single room was very small.
everything, totally exceeded my expectations, staff were very friendly and welcoming from the start, was shown to my room and they even offered to carry my bag for me
TV situated high on wall to side of bed, couldn't relax on bed to watch.Poor beer in the bar & certain staff need to learn the word 'please'. Hotel in the middle of a housing estate. All this for just £60 a night !
Everything very good value for money
Easy to find with good parking at the hotel and easy access to main tourist sites in the area.
Room was very small for two people, no place for suitcases. The breakfast is very poor, you received your order of eggs etc & toast ,butter all piled onto one plate ,no side plate, condiments or serviette, staff were still cleaning the dining area while we had our breakfast.
Breakfast was good Room easy sufficient Food and drinks were reasonably priced. Staff were friendly but not I your face Very good value for money
Room was comfortable Breakfast was excellent Staff was very helpful Hotel location was verygood.
,Toilet was very Low, Difficult for elderly to use.

The staff were very friendly & helpful, the breakfast very good with plenty of variety & choice
The bedrooms are small but adequate
Easy Access, Clean enviroment, Breakfast.
no air conditioning
Absolutely nothing !
Room 8 was like a prison cell with a tv. About 10 x 8', no wardrobe only 3 coat hangers, a view of a flat roof littered with a woman's shoe, empty beer cans and cigarette butts. The shower and toilet was at the end of the corridor where the only lighting that worked was above the mirror. every time someone walked by or in the next room, you could hear the floor boards creak. I had to wait 40 minutes for a breakfast and then I had to walk into the kitchen to tell them. I can't believe that they have the nerve to charge £45.00.
Good location, friendly and helpful staff along with good food. Comfortable and clean. Good parking,
Rather small room although adequate.
Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was excellent and beds comfortable. Pub downstairs was nice and welcoming. Very good value for money
Room was a little small, but my only complaint
I chose this place to be near Glasgow airport for a morning flight. It worked well and the staff were most helpful.
I did not realize when booking that it was on such a busy road. Also the security lights on the building shine right into the room all night.
I had the luck to find this little charm of a hotel for a quick trip in Glasgow. I had a wonderful time. Staff was tremendously helpful, the rooms are small but complete and cozy and the hotel as a whole offers more than what the price would suggest. I'd definitely repeat a visit
Friendly did the job and price was right
Squeaky floor boards. noisy doors slamming. Not en suite
Location was great. The staff were very nice. The breakfast conservatory and breakfast itself was perfect.
My room was a little bit like a cell. It was quite long and very narrow. The small television was towards the end of the long room and I had to wear my distance glasses to see it from the bed. Also very dark with a small thin window at the end. Had to have a light on at all times
Good staff, clean. Comfortable bed.
Intrusive road noise
The price! Room was comfortable, enough space, had a sink (always a bonus), TV, quiet enough. Warm welcome & suitcase was carried up to room for me. Handy to Glasgow airport.
The electric shower ran either cold or scalding; I had to wet my skin & wash off the soap in the brief transition of warm between the 2 extremes. The person cooking breakfast let the side down by giving me sausages & not bacon when I'd asked for bacon but not sausages; the potato scone was also burnt. When the cook brought out the bacon it wasn't cooked enough. I lost my appetite after that.
