The owners are really nice people and they make you feel so welcome, The Address is very clean and very comfortable and family friendly. Location is perfectly positioned 5 minutes walk to the town centre. The breakfast variety and excellent quality is the best we have ever tasted. Car parking was available at the front of the Address.

The owners were so welcoming, kind and considerate. The bedroom was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing. They couldn't do enough for me, my husband and 3 year old daughter. There was even a stick of rock waiting for her at breakfast time.

I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on Booking.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. The range of breakfast choices and the quality of food was superb. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it). A nice touch was being offered Hot Cross buns as well as small Easter eggs in reception. Reads Avenue is close enough to everything but far enough away to be able to relax. Going forward The Address will be my first point of call when visiting Blackpool.

Bathroom not en-suite and not heatable.

We were made to feel very welcome at the address and were met by the owner on the doorstep. It was no problem parking the car on the front and our cases were taken to our rooms. The breakfast was beautifully cooked and presented and we had a very pleasant stay in a spotlessly clean establishment. We will definitely return to "The Address" again.

The bathroom door wouldnt close or lock.

We had a one night stay at the address as we were attending an event at the Tower Ballroom. The owners Joseph and Kalpana were welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was first class . We would stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending The Address to others

This has restored my faith in Blackpool Hotels ! I wish that all Hotels were like this one ! When checking in I was served Tea and Cakes, My Room was light and airy,every thing was spotless with a comfy Bed, well designed ,tastefully decorated Tea & Coffee making facilities & hair dryer were all neatly contained within a purpose built unit.,nice flat screen Telly,There was even a box of Tissues and a little nifty grooming kit ..The radiator made it lovely and warm and cosy.The Breakfast was fabulous !.Every conceivable type of cereal,juices and a beautifully full cooked selection.There was even Croissants and Pancakes if you so wished.. Ther wasn't a thing out of place and it was so clean that you could have eaten your food off the floor !! I will definitely be back and will pass the details onto my friends and colleagues ,!!

Warm welcome from owners, Kalpana and Joseph, immediately offered tea or coffee which was appreciated after a long journey. Had booked a single room and was given choice of two. Room was clean comfortable and fresh as was the whole of the accomodation. A pleasure to eat in the bright immaculate dining room and the excellent choice of breakfast menu was cooked to perfection. Kalpana cleared table promptly and offered to replenish toast / coffee. On day I was leaving I only wanted a light breakfast but Joseph made sure I would not go hungry on my journey by supplying fruit, crisps, biscuits and water. Thoughtful touch, excellent. Enjoyed my stay and will definately return at some point.

the Address is at the high end of B&B's in Blackpool. great welcome, wonderful food, the place was peaceful and spotless. I cannot fault our stay here. They catered for our toddler and the breakfast was very enjoyible and prompt.

Joseph and his wife were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent we will definitely stay there again. The hotel was extremely clean and very tidy inside and they made you feel very welcome.

Very clean B&B in heart of Blackpool, ran by friendly couple who provide a superb breakfast.

Luckily the weather was very warm during our stay, so we slept with the windows open. Unfortunately this meant that we were disturbed by the noise of seagulls. But hey, it is the seaside!

the owners were lovely people- I stayed here after seeing this b&b on a tv show and being very impressed at how friendly they were. The place is spotless, breakfast is perfect, and rooms are very reasonably priced.
