Good value and close to the centre of Tenby. Good breakfast.
Could have been a little cleaner. Shower head was filthy.
Staff very friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfasts, Thanks.
The staff at this hotel where excellent rooms lovely and clean and the breakfast lovely highly recomended
Close to shops and bars. Hotel was warm and clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value Hotel for Tenby. Would stay again.
Bed a bit to hard !
Location was good and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed and towels were clean. Liked the fact that there was a separate sitting room.
The hotel was very dated and tired looking with lots of artex, much a which was in poor condition with parts missing that had been painted over. While on the surface the rooms were clean in our rooms the skirtings we very dusty and did not appear to have been dusted for some time. My wife wanted to chare her phone an when she found a scket to play into it was very dirt indeed. The bathroom was cold; fit was like fridge and had no heating of any kind. The walls were artex, with bits missing, taped up and then painted over. The bath area was not nice with mold on the plastic panels and the large amount of sealant around the bath. The hook on the rear of the door was loose, held on by one screw and that had made a hole in the wall as the door opened again it.
The putrid smell in the bathroom..like bad drainage and made us both feel very ill..the windows are old fashioned and draughty...we were kept awake all night due to the flag flapping...
Comfertable , easy access from station, breakfast and employees of hotel
If wifi gets extended to room then it's excellent.
Within walking distance of the town. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Good value for money. Staff were very friendly.
The staff of the hotel were fantastic, very friendly, very informative and welcoming. The hotel was standard, it had everything that we needed for a nights stay but the location was superb. I would 100% stay again.
The only one thing that I could think of was that the bed wasnt the comfiest. This isnt a problem as we only stayed one night but it would be nice if it was a little more soft.
Excellent location and value for money.
I loved my HUGE room with king size bed and ensuite bath--I don't have a bath in my flat, only a shower stall, so to have my first soak in ages was wonderful! Luxury! I liked the owner and his wife, they were extremely friendly. I liked the location, the hotel's cleanliness, and the breakfast was excellent, though I missed mushrooms, which I love (no big deal). I also had a 3 course evening meal there that was enjoyable and good value.
Nothing comes to mind.
Location and value for money was brilliant
Grumpy chap serving breakfast, all other staff were brilliant
A warm welcome and a clean room at a very cheap rate.
close to amenities, proprietors friendly & helpful, all we needed for our stay.
Nice and central, lovely breakfast and gentleman who was there at breakfast time and checkout was very pleasant and helpful.
Room was a bit dated and booked double room but had twin with beds pushed together.
Familiar staff, provides home-living atmosphere of repose. Environment of the old building is nice and unmistakable.
Bathroom could be a little bit cleaner and/or refurbished
Very friendly staff and informative
We found the owners very nice people pleasant and understanding the property was clean and the food good we look forward to returning.the property is very old but value for money and one pays for what one gets.
Nothing really value for money
The building needs a huge referb.very tired. Its obvious the owners are trying hard but poor hotel.
Close proximity to Town Centre was very handy. We were lucky enough to get parking on the street not to far away from Hotel, which was a bonus. Was easy to find and directions given on web site very clear. We enjoyed our visit.
The lady on reception could of been more welcoming. Her husband was the opposite - very accomodating and perfect for the role.
Nice friendly staff. Good bar area with pool table and dart board. Close to bars etc in town.
We were lucky to have room 1, higher numbered rooms were 3 flights of stairs away.
The very welcoming and polite nature of the gentleman and staff who served at the bar and at breakfast. The restaurant, lounge, games room and adjacent toilet areas.
The unwelcoming attitude of the lady on reception when arriving and departing.
Comfy bed with a decent amount of space.
Very dirty bathroom with blood on the walls and very dated bathroom.
Too many stairs. Lumpy mattressess. No parking. Nearest carpark about 500 yards away.
great welcome and very good at making me, husband and mam very comfortable with rooms opposite and close [mam is 88]. She always feels included and involved. Great place Tenby no parking charge between Nov and March.
