Better price than paid previously. Very friendly staff. It's a bit tired and could do with a spruce up.

Self Contained Hotel Room's accros the road from Albert Arms in a quiet cul-de-sac,nice room value for the price, have stayed on a number of occasions and will again. Food in Albert Arms is just excellent with a chef who has pride in his cooking. You will probably meet him there as he does occasionaly come out and check with patrons. I would recommend it for a short stay for the races in Sandown which I have done on a number of occasions.

Convenience for Esher town centre The room was incredibly hot and stifling. There was no air conditioning despite the advert saying it did. Any sort of ventilation would have been good. The windows open up but, on the ground floor, are right on the pavement with people walking passed it afforded no privacy.

The location is excellent as we were in Esher for the Tingle Creek race meeting. There was nothing we could find worth moaning about!

The fact that I phoned about three times previously to check different things and the staff were extremely helpful. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable and clean . The shower and bathroom . The breakfast which was very good indeed The pub was noisy although that didn't impact on the comfort of rooms, would have liked a quiet area to sit , the pub was extremely busy and obviously very popular .

Fantastic location, parking available ,friendly efficient staff . Brilliant breakfast. The shower gel was lovely The carpet was stained but I can say nothing as the carpet fitter measured the room to recarpet . It was a very stormy night and the sign was swinging outside and making a noise, maybe some oil is required.

The facilities were comfortable but a bit worn in areas. The pub was incredibly busy on the evening we were there and would not have been a great place to eat. That was not be a problem as there were plenty of other choices locally. Breakfast was excellent.

We were very comfortable at Albert Mews however there were four light bulbs that needed replacing. It made reading in bed impossible! Other than that ok.

Good sized room with an excellent shower room. On ground floor and looked out onto a narrow alley and a wall so did not open window although room was quite hot. A fan was provided which I could have used. Very good breakfast cooked to order. There seemed to be a herd of elephants in the room above who came in very late and started moving again very early.

The Pub Unfortunately many. 1) No air conditioning system installed even if rooms are advertised with air condition. 2) Very narrow rooms. Tall people would surely suffer a lot. 3) No breakfast avaialble due to maintenance work. 4) Personnel not flexible while requesting big flexibility to guest to accept big discrepancies (no air conditioning, no breakfast). 5) Carpet was heavely spotted with bad apperance. 6) Totally not matching quality level with price.
