The hosts, Mark & Theresa have obviously worked hard to get The Aldor how they want it. The place is clean, tidy & well laid out. All décor seems fresh and our room was a good size and well appointed. The en suite was small but adequate, with a good shower & plenty of hot water. Breakfast was freshly cooked, plenty of it & served with a smile. The location is ideal, a few minutes walk from the sea front, pier & attractions, with plenty of on street parking. I would recommend 'The Aldor' and wish Mark & Theresa all the very best.
Can't think of anything.
exellent allround.perfect break
Hosts very friendly and comfortable room. Good breakfast, nice atmosphere. Hotel is very well placed, only short distance from centre. We didn't need to use car with such good facilities. Will certainly stay again.
No dislikes at all.
I loved everything about it, the owners are so nice and helpful!
friendly, clean lovely accommodation breakfast very nice.will stop again
The staff, the cleanliness and the food were all excellent. Would recommend The Aldor to anyone wanting a short break and we would not hesitate to return.
The lack of parking facilities, however, we do realise that this is not an isolated problem in that area of Skegness and it did not detract from the overall good experience.
Made to feel very welcome .. A varied breakfast and the room was very cosy & clean will be using again
Nothing everything was to our satisfaction
Excellent family run bed and breakfast everything was up to first class standard and breakfast was excellent will be using again

Was a lovely place. Great people and great location.
The staff made us feel very welcome polite and helpfull, the breakfast had on a varried selection to choose from and very tastay, we are already planning on staying again in 2015.
The only problem we found is the bar wasn,t open in the evening.
Really friendly atmosphere staff were really good to speak to made everyone welcome took time to speak to kids.
The room was lovely and clean. The breakfast was of excellent quality. The owners friendly and chatty, which was nice. Oh and the fridge magnet, which is now on the front of mine!
The one thing was the smell on entering the guest house ( possibly of cigarettes), it didn't really bother my husband or myself, but I didn't appreciate it for my young children
silly small plates
The Aldor is the cleanest hotel we have stayed in in skegness, such a friendly place to stay, most welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable
it didn't feel as though I was in a bed and breakfast as it felt like home, all staff were very friendly. breakfast was delicious and the location of the The Aldor was fantastic.
The location was perfect and the standard of the room very good. Our family room was really spacious.
The bathroom was quite small and the shower rather slow but everything worked so no real concerns.
