Good price and breakfast
Really cold rooms
I liked the Hotel as Id known the previous owners, I'd suffered the indignity of being locked out of my home. I didn't contact the hotel until late, but was offered a nice comfortable room and enjoyed my stay.
The man in reception! He was so cool!
Nothing everything was amazing !!!
no heat in room this was pointed out to manager who said he would fix it but nothing was done about it.
Friendly and very helpful
location good staff very helpful hotel clean would stay again
the place aint a palace but the room was very clean and the breakfast was good. its ideal position makes it ideal for a short break.i would stay there again
its a bit drab but u pays yr money etc
Room was fab , very spacious and modern . Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice . Polite and friendly staff
We couldn't get wifi to work at all on the top floor .
Price and location - out of season parking no problem
Even tho value for money good - hotel could do with a update in decoration and facilities to make it nicer - some rooms very dark and showers very poor ....
Room was comfy and big breakfast was lovely
Couldn't check in till 2pm we arrived at 1.50 bar shut at 6 pm
The location was ideal and the staff polite. The beds were comfy and linens fresh and spotless. the room was ensuite and the sink and shower were clean. Décor was acceptable, but dated...bearing in mind it is an older two star hotel. Lovely coffee at breakfast!
The ground floor space is a coffee shop and jewellery store...this means the entrance lacks grandeur and appeal...not their fault but does reduce 'curb appeal' somewhat. However, you get what you pay for, so value for money.
The breakfast was great, and the staff was courteous and attentive. The room was very spacious with high ceilings, and the bathroom was also very large. I traveled with 5 others, and we all had a lovely time. One minute walk to the beach. Amazing!
Top floor wifi doesn't work, but it wasn't too big of an issue.
Excellent breakfast. Comfy beds, Friendly and helpful proprietor and staff.
rooms clean and comfortable.staff friendly and helpful, breakfast very good, will stop there again
parking was a issue
Staff were helpfull and pleasant. Our bedroom was clean and tidy.
First impressions were not good, looked a bit run down. Bedroom clean but basic and very noisy. Draught coming in through window and could hear every word from the landing as there was a big gap under door that also let light through from the landing.breakfast was not the best i've had for £70 a night. Not good value for money.
I forget my mobile phone at this hotel and they called me back to return it back. I received it in excellent condition. I really appreciate that.
I just disliked one thing which there was no lift.
Everything was made very easy, including the luggage being taken to our rooms. Lovely old hotel.
I never asked the name of the Spanish sounding chap that was so helpful and kind!
Location Breakfasts Bedding & Decor
Took a few turns in getting used to the layout - Felt a bit like a maze Shower slightly underpowered
Location, food was passable, although after just ordering eggs for breakfast, I could taste bacon, should have been cooked separately.
The beds were uncomfortable, with a bow in the middle. They all should be replaced, would make the stay a whole lot better. I would be embarrassed to offer my guests beds like that. All new is the way to go. Also they need a lift, some people cannot walk up stairs like that.
We had a warm welcome Room was clean and spacious. Both beds were comfortable. Nice power shower. En suite good size. . Best hotel in Llandudno I've stayed in. Out of four. Would stay there again and recommend.
Liked every thing.
Dirty and manager not kind at all
Food was ok.
No sleep all night due to noise of wind from a gap of window. Heater/radiator was not working.
Being 4 mins late for breakfast and being turned away after paying for it.
Although not a sea front hotel, it couldn't be any nearer to it(the sea), and was ideally placed in the town.
The only problem in Llandudno is finding car parking close to your chosen hotel, although on this occasion I was lucky and had close spot for the night. Visitors may need to be aware of this for any hotel in the town that doesn't have it's own car park (and there aren't many in the centre of town).
