    great for dogs free wi-fi great location cheap parking across the street huge room with 1-dbl 2-sgl 9-windows

    it's a bit tired but under renovation have to be buzzed in after midnight

    Location of the hotel is excellent and staff were very friendly and breakfast was very good as well.

    The existing facilities is looking very tired and in need of urgent repairs particularly from a health and safety standards. The mattresses in beds were of poor quality resulting in poor sleep. Overall the building is in need of new decoration internally to bring it up to current standard.

    Staff was extremely considerate and helpful Location was excellent! Breakfast included was well done.

    Security was not good There was only a basic lock on the door, no key entry and access from the street until midnight. Room was clean but definitely shabby. Television did not have more than few channels.

    As Above .... on my bank statement it said ... £ 141.50 LANKAN CLEANING ??????? ...Wot is that all about /????????. They should have not done that ..... I spent 3 hours of my life .. trying to find out what it was. ?????. Im very upset.

    Parking facilities had to phone Hotel for advice on parking.Breakfast served not as shown on menu in room.

    The location

    The hotel is struggling at the moment due to major refurbishment. Some of the advertised facilities are not available.

    The location of the hotel was really good and staff was really nice ..

    The room had a smell of damp to it and the decor was very dated ,, luckily we wasn't spending much time in the room we was just using it to sleep in otherwise we would if hated it .. Could be really nice needs modernising

    I enjoyed my stay here, would stay again without any issue. Great kind staff, very clean room, good hotel. Breakfast was nice, fresh. It's in a good location.

    Lovely family room which sleeps 5 - believe me rooms like that are hard to come by !!

    No milk to go with the coffee and tea in the rooms. For me, a brew in the room is very important!

    The Hotel was quiet. Bathroom was nice and clean as was the bedding and towels.

    No lift. No sea view The member of staff in café/bar downstairs needs a few tips on the service he provides bearing in mind he is representing the hotel. We waited for a good 20 minutes for a drink yet he served other customers in between time and they also got their orders too. The fridge was a cheap and nasty add on. Parking was difficult

    Good breakfast service. Friendly efficient.Helpful receptionist on arrival, apart from not giving me a receipt.

    Problems with payment. Eventually, I learnt that part payment had been taken from my card on the booking day, contrary to Booking.com policy. The rest was taken on arrival day, when we actually paid in cash. On complaint, I was only credited with £156 when two debits for that amount were taken out. (I only found this out today because of computer problems)The manager couldn't explain why the full booking account wasn't taken out, if an honest mistake had been made. Today, he still couldn't explain yet all he had to do was check his records. He initially gave me two receipts which didn't give method of payment. I had to get him to sign that cash had been given. (Confirmed by his employee) I have contacted Lloydsdisputes to takes the matter further.

    This hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in I did email when booking a room asking if possible to be on the ground floor due to poorly husband and a 9 week old baby on arrival we were 3 floors up with no lift if anyone was disabled in any way they would have never made It up to the room at reception we were asked to pay there and then in my experience you usually pay at the end of your stay we were told it had a bar/restaurant on arriving it was open but shuts at 6pm which is ok if you don't want to eat/drink after that time the toiletries that was provided for 4 people was not enough for 1 to turn the bath taps on you had to climb in the bath to do so due to the way they had fitted the shower screen and to top the lot we pulled the curtains open in the morning and it was covered in black mould we should of asked for money back really but you put it down to experience they are doing work on the outside but we believe this has been going on for a very very long time

    BREAKFAST WAS OK

    THEIR WAS A SMEEL OF DAMP. WALL PAPER HANGING OFF WALLS. COULD NOT LOCK WINDOW. NO CLEAN TOWELS SAME ONE FOR THREE DAYS. RUN OUT OF TOILET PAPER.

    I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was ok. Very comfy beds

    The towl rails were all hanging off and thought that 89.00 was expensive as the room was shabby. Electrical plug was nearly hanging off and with all the scaffolding round the building this blocked our view and definately not worth the price fir this room I would have expected to pay no more than 50.00 given it's condition, as this was not mentioned when booking or we would not have chooses this hotel.

    Asked for change to breakfast time.No problem.Staff very friendly.Would stay again.

    It needs some cosmetic work.But good value for 2* Llandudno hotel.

    The fact that wasn't advised of scaffolding around the hotel so had no view and the windows wouldn't open.the bar closing at 9pm on a weekend night.bath wasn't very clean nor the sink.for £109 paid for 1 nite very disappointed.
