The location was great, right near the North Pier. The bedsheets were clean.

The hotel was dirty, public areas not hovered or cleaned. Family room was too small, bathroom was dirty and the whole place had a musty smell. Would not stay here again!

The Aloha Hotel is very small, but nice - at least for the money. It is really close to the Blackpool tower and you can see the sea from your windows, you can be on the beach in maybe 3 minutes. Staff was great and very helpful.

The position and the staff friendliness and helpfulness. The bed linen was clean.

The hotel was very run down, there was nowhere to eat. the family room was too tiny. the en suite was tiny and dirty. I didn't feel i could shower in it. it was cold. the double bed was only a queen size. The kettle was dangerously positioned at the end of the bunk bed where my 4 & 11 year old slept. The duvets were thin & the room was cold, we had to pile coats up on the kids & dress them in extra clothes to sleep in to keep them warm. The mattress on the queen size was no more than 3 inches thick and was so worn we could feel every spring & it was painfully uncomfortable, the base was go grubby and it was torn in places, i have thrown ones in better condition away. The carpet was grubby and worn and had stains on it, the lino in the bathroom was dirty and had a line of dust behind where the door was propped open. the radiator in the bedroom was dated and only just warm and didn't come on til 8pm and went off around 10pm and didnt come on until after 8am by which time we were frozen and out of extra layers to keep us warm.

The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly. The bar was also very cheap and children friendly.

The beds were very uncomfortable and the room was noisy.

The closeness to the promenade and the shops. The early check in.

The grubby shower that you darent get a wash in because you might come out dirtier. The floor was absolutely filthy and hasn't seen a mop in years. Its a place where you need the hotel inspector. Its a place you dont want to spend time in. We couldn't wait to leave!! Apart from that, the owner was very nice and hope he can update this place as it is in a good spot.

Utter dump! The Room wasn't as advertised. View from the bedroom window was a brick wall. Room was dirty. Felt very unsafe and the plumbing made noise all night. Ended up checking out early because it was sooooo bad.
