Mould in kettle, no signal on TV on upper floor or wifi connection
Liked the location. Staff very friendly. Price good... We only stayed the one night.
Room needed to be up graded. Also the shower was not cleaned. There was hair still in the bottom of the shower. Mattresses need to be replaced not very comfortable.
Facilities were inconvenient. Any extras were chargable and i mean ANY
I didnt like the wind blowing though the window frame as it kept me awake they need to sort the windows out
absolutely filthy, had to go out and buy our own towels, toilet rolls, tea and milk and air fresheners the bathroom stunk of urine the wardrobe was so small and musty we could not put our clothes in it.dont think room had seen a duster for months.i would not let my dog stay there.maybe a visit from the health would buck there ideas up.
The beds were so comfortable we slept like baby's :) the rooms were lovely and warm all night. Staff were friendly and left you to get on with things but were there if you needed them :)
Nothing really to complain about to be fair it is what it says it is
Room was tatty wallpaper peeling off.if you wanted a shower it was a pound for a towel.if you wanted more coffee in your room it was 2pound.i want to pound land.booking in at 3pm meant trailing a suitcase about as the advertise no space for storing them.
On suite to small shower dirty .limited on teabags and milk . One small towel left in room between 4 people . Furniture old and dated and full of paint . Not worth 75 pound especially as it didnt included breakfast .
Not fair from centre of blackpool.
This is not a clean place 2 stay and if I had more money I would of not stayed.
great value, clean room, friendly staff. excellent location to all main attractions
The location was great, right near the North Pier. The bedsheets were clean.
The hotel was dirty, public areas not hovered or cleaned. Family room was too small, bathroom was dirty and the whole place had a musty smell. Would not stay here again!
Would take forever to tell you.
The hotel was filthy a total dump. The bathrooms were full of dirt the walls and carpet full of dust and holes in the matress.
I liked everything I did, the hosts made us feel so welcome
the only problem I had was the stairs as I cant do stairs as I am disabled but I made an effort
friendly owners, great location, sea view room
no lift next time i`ll book a lower floor
The Aloha Hotel is very small, but nice - at least for the money. It is really close to the Blackpool tower and you can see the sea from your windows, you can be on the beach in maybe 3 minutes. Staff was great and very helpful.
I am sorry I can't answer any of the questions as I was un able to keep my booking as I was a trying to clean up after a flood damage The Aloha has aloud me to use my deposit for a booking later on in the year. Well done the Aloha Hotel.
See view was sound with panoramic window.
dirt, bathroom and old very used furniture.could do with better heating because it was poor for november.
The staff was friendly and close to the sea.
It was not clean and you had to pay for towels.
The location is good and parking handy. The staff were friendly and the family room good.
Very outdated needs modernisation to compete with better.
The position and the staff friendliness and helpfulness. The bed linen was clean.
The hotel was very run down, there was nowhere to eat. the family room was too tiny. the en suite was tiny and dirty. I didn't feel i could shower in it. it was cold. the double bed was only a queen size. The kettle was dangerously positioned at the end of the bunk bed where my 4 & 11 year old slept. The duvets were thin & the room was cold, we had to pile coats up on the kids & dress them in extra clothes to sleep in to keep them warm. The mattress on the queen size was no more than 3 inches thick and was so worn we could feel every spring & it was painfully uncomfortable, the base was go grubby and it was torn in places, i have thrown ones in better condition away. The carpet was grubby and worn and had stains on it, the lino in the bathroom was dirty and had a line of dust behind where the door was propped open. the radiator in the bedroom was dated and only just warm and didn't come on til 8pm and went off around 10pm and didnt come on until after 8am by which time we were frozen and out of extra layers to keep us warm.
