nice dining room and good breakfast
parts of the hotel were unclean and needed decorating and updating
Not a great deal
Low standard for the money
Terrible Smell of Drains in The room
Warm and comfortable stay and excellent breakfast and quality of food. A little walk to centre but a good walk does everyone a bit of good :-) will be using this hotel in future.
Can't complain really. Value for money
Breakfast. Room fair for price. Has lift.
Rooms are tied, need updating.
At first when I pulled outside I didn't think it was going to be that decent inside but it was fine the breakfast was very nice and the bed was comfy, would stay again
Simple, cozy and comfortable. Friendly staff and nice English cook up buffet for breakfast. Bit of a Walk down the main road to get to the center but a nice walk none the less. Beds were really comfy overall lovely stay.
Breakfast was superb , hot fresh and plentiful. Location was just right not in town but handy enough. good budget hotel.
hotels a little tired .
Lift to all floors and the buffet breakfast was warm and fresh, good location in Blackpool to the town but if you want the fun fair it would be a long walk there is a tram stop outside the hotel.
Getting your car out if your blocked in can be a pain
The breakfast and the dining room. The staff serving at breakfast were polite and helpful.
Not having toilet roll, the radiator brackets and pipes in the bathroom minus the radiator. Not being able to shower having to strip wash. No working TV, drab and dingy room that smelt very musky. Only having an half hour slot for breakfast 9:00 - 9:30am.
Had a sea view room, which was worth the extra. Its about a mile from the centre of Blackpool which makes it quieter, we didn't mind the walk as we had nice weather. Lovely breakfast, set us up for the day.
Shower wasn't very good, although our daughters (who was in the next room) was fine. Couldn't open a window - they were all painted shut.

nothing... all was good... thanks from Stew
The breakfast was good.
The room was dingey, no light bulbs in bedside lamp or bathroom. Wardrobe was falling apart inside.no TV remote. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Scare staff around.
A good breakfast
When we arrived we were told we had not booked. When our booking was found, we were told we should have booked direct with the hotel, as we would have got the room cheaper and we would have got one of the better rooms. The bedroom carpet needed a good vac, hairs etc... the bath panel was cracked, the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet pan, (and was a different colour). Area around sink and the bath both needed major attention. The whole hotel is in need of a major overhaul i.e.old light fittings which no longer work still on the walls, peeling paint etc... such a shame as the building seems to have so much character. The dog in the kitchen at breakfast was also a little off putting, along with dirty cups, glasses and cutlery.

The decor and furniture a bit dismal no phone to reception as we were on the third floor

Car park, excellent buffet breakfast , overall very good value for money
Hard pillow. urgently needs a new mattress. 4" gap under the door. big draft from the window. dog barking from next door. shower sprays water in every direction. Miss handled debt card details I was charged £25 for someone else's cancellation luckily seen it on mobile banking before I checked out.
Cleanliness Wifi was hit and miss old dilapidated furniture TV in one of our rooms didn't work Not enough parking
Uncomfortable bed, draft from window cos the window didn't shut right, bath was drity shower didn't work right room was cold and got locked out at night cos didn't give us a front door key but lucky some woman came back from there night out and let us in after 20 mins thank god, only good thing about the hotel was the breakfast in the morning but we wouldn't stay there again
