The Ambassador Heathrow Hotel  

Very warm and welcoming atmosphere. Lovely rooms that are clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden to relax in. Owner and staff friendly, helpful and accomodating.. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

The hotel was a 2 minute walk from the train station which was very handy but it was also situated off a beautiful side street. The rooms were beautifully decorated and there was a gorgeous conservatory and garden area. The owner was fantastic, friendly and was very accommodating. We would highly recommend staying there and would stay there again ourselves. Our trip was to watch rugby at Twickenham and we found that the area was perfect as we were a 5 minute train ride away from Twickenham.

Very friendly and clean, lovely design and furnishings, didn't have time on this trip but will try the food next time menu looked lovely.

Nice looking place, helpful and friendly staff - upgraded me to a double room for £10. Would use again if in that area.

Location was good, very close to train station. Breakfast was excellent and the lounge was very cosy.

Location is great (close to SAP where is my training, transportation ) ... It's quite place and feels like home more than hotel ..

The bed set is old and not that comfy ...

Close to the Feltham Train station, shopping, and restaurants and excellent access to downtown London and Heathrow Airport. WiFi was readily accessible and fast. The grounds of the property are well-maintained and offer quiet reading opportunities in the afternoons.

No air conditioning, When forced to open the windows to provide some relief from the heat, the road noise from Hanworth road was quite bad. Separately when we searched for hotel prices on the 2nd day of our stay, we found our room to be overpriced (was charged 99 pounds where close-by, air-conditioned properties were going for 45 pounds)

We arrived obscenely early and were made very welcome despite the hotel staff serving breakfast! Our room was made ready and we were extremely grateful. The location was perfect for rail links into London and for our trip to Twickenham for a rugby match. The owner and staff were courteous, attentive and helpful. The room was delightful with fabulous cotton sheets and a view of the sunny rear garden! I must mention the coffee!!! It was divine!!!

Untidy reception\seating area...bit of effort to enhance this area required as first impression was not great.

Very good location, 2 mins walk from Feltham Station and 2 stops to Twickenham. Easy links into London. Warm and helpful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was excellent. Would deffinately stay again.

Our first night at the hotel even though the heating was off it was incredably warm in our room.

Nice homely hotel -- not a faceless monstrosity. Enjoyed our short stay but did not stay for breakfast due to our need to meet somebody in the very early morning at Heathrow

Brokastis vēlu ( sestdien ), jo tad jau esmu Londonā. Nav elastīgums, jo vienu nakti, sakarā ar lidmašīnas attiešanas laiku, nenakšņoju, bet bija jāmaksā pilna summa. Draugs nenakšņoja viesnīcā, bet par brokastīm bija jāmaksā ( iepriekš pieteiktas ), tas norāda, ka nav elastīgums, jo produkti taču netika izmantoti. Jāprot pielāgoties dažādām dzīves situācijām, jo tas mazina konkurētspēju.

Atenção dos funcionários. Cama confortável, café da manha bom. Rede wifi de graça.

Não tinha chuveiro, era um chuveirinho pequeno com pouca quantidade de agua. Toalhas pequenas!! Não é bom para o frio da Inglaterra! Café da manha servido muito cedo (7-9am)

Es wäre schöne, wenn es einen Fön im Zimmer gäbe.
