The owner Dean was very helpful and was a delight to be around. He really worked hard to make sure that our stay was enjoyable. All around the hotel was very cozy and felt like home!! |

I stayed during the freezing snow fall recently. Kyle, who was looking after the hotel as the owner was away did a wonderful job. He was helpful, polite and friendly and did everything in his power to make my stay a comfortable one. He ordered me a taxi to the airport for the next morning, and cooked me a lovely breakfast the following morning. My room was beautiful, clean and warm. |

A very short walk from Feltham station (a minute or two), with a bus stop almost outside that takes you to Heathrow, with buses going around the clock, so perfect for those with flights out early in the morning. Everything had been refurbished recently so the place was spotless and in good nick. We had to share bathroom and toilet with the other rooms. We also had to pay extra to pay by credit card. |

The staff is just great. Hotel is small so the service is very personal. The room is beautifully finished with quality furnishings. Free internet is great, especially since it is very difficult to find in London. 30 seconds away from well connected bus stop, 24-hour supermarket and a couple of eateries. If you are looking for the flashy plastic chain hotels, this is not the place to go.. There aren't any tube stations nearby, which means you are stuck with 30min to 1hr journeys by bus to get anywhere. |

Well furnished and clean. No one there when we arrived. Had to wait 30 min to get access. It is not clear that this is a single house converted to bedrooms. No-one on site except the guests. Double bed was too soft. |

The proprieter, Dean, was so very friendly and helpful. We got lost trying to find the hotel, we called Dean and he helped us find our way. Once there, he carried our bags to our room for us and immediately offered us beverages. He was there right at 7am the next morning with breakfast, which we needed him to be as we had an early flight. First class service. Thank you. |

The staff were quite friendly and made us feel right at home. I would have liked some information readily available about local transit and places of interest. |
