This friendly, family run guesthouse is a 490 ft level walk from Paignton seafront and harbor and has easy access to the center of town. The train station is a 5-minute level walk away and free guest parking is available on site. The Ambassador is in a beautiful area of the English Riviera and is close to beaches, shops, the pier, a Cinema complex, public transportation and the famous steam train. All rooms have a private bathroom. Single, double, twin, triple and family rooms are available. All rooms are non-smoking but a sheltered smoking area is provided outside. A freshly prepared cooked breakfast is served every morning.

Voted in the top 10% in the world for the 3rd year. A Visit England 4 Star Silver recommended family-run guesthouse in the heart of sunny Paignton. The Ambassador offers 6 well-appointed modern en-suite bedrooms which can accommodate single guests up to families of 4. A Bar on site for Customers only We are centrally located to all local amenities including mainline railway and bus stations which can be found a short walk away. We can also be a great base for Paignton's local attractions including Paignton Zoo, Splashdown waterpark, and the Dartmouth steam railway.
Since purchasing the Ambassador we have been upgrading the property to include, new carpets and flooring and refreshed the interior & exterior paintwork and wallpaper. We have also been busy adding a few modern amenities like bigger televisions in the rooms, Stronger WiFi. All our rooms all have coffee machines Al lour rooms have small fridges. All rooms have internet charging points All rooms have ceiling fans which work as well as any air conditioner. The family room has a monitor so that guests do not have to go to bed when the children do. You can keep an eye on your children via a dedicated monitor. Eco Friendly We have changed the gas boilers to a system that works on an air source system. We have moved to eco-friendly shampoos, conditioners, hand soap & body wash products. We have built a covered area for our guests to sit outside We have extended the driveway to accommodate 6 cars We have installed 4 anchors for motorbikes We have: a Bar a Lounge an Outside area for guest to utilise
Our Guest House is centrally located to all amenities. In just a short 5 minutes stroll you will be in the centre of Paignton Town where you can access Paignton Town Centre, The Railway Station and Steam Train as well as the Bus and Coach Station. Driving to the Ambassador Guest House is simple, just type in TQ4 6EG into your Sat Nav. We have enough parking for each of our rooms so there will always be a parking space for you. We are located150 yards from the beach and harbour.
