Location Kindness of staff Good quality/price balance
We loved the location , the welcome, the rooms, the food , the drinks and one room upgraded. The decor just lovely. The staff very helpful. If you like small slightly quirky luxury in London this is the place to stay.
The location was perfect for us. The staff were very helpful and the overall standard of the hotel was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.
A little on the pricier side since $ to pound conversion is 1.65.
The location was excellent just outside south kensington tube station. The surrounding area was picturesque and the hotel was simply stunning from the decor to the service. We will be back
Nothing the whole stay was perfect
staff-very friendly, personable location quality of services
room a bit cramped
From the moment we arrived and checked in everything went perfectly. The staff were all charming and extremely helpful, the room although small, was delightful (407) and well appointed and the bed could not have been more comfortable.
Design of hotel Friendly staff Quiet room Able to open windows Comfortable bed
Room a bit small
So handy to get to
Wonderful Miller Harris smell throughout the hotel
406 is very small - no room to manouevre!
Loved everything from the minute we arrived we were taken care of superbly.
Room is bit small & not enought storage place.
The bedrooms were luxurious and the beds really comfy. Fresh coffee in the room and a steaming hot shower were all fab. Breakfast was fabulous.
The restaurant in the basement was trying too hard - under cooked chicken burgers and weird selection of "sharing plates" were all too difficult. Would have preferred more accessible menu.
Excellent breakfast and very kind staff. Nice conept of "Drawing Rooms" and clean hotel.
The superior room we've booked was rather small especially the bathroom. A pity.
Staff were very friendly
Size of the room and lack of drawer space. I found it difficult to unpack since there was not enough space
Greeting and service - everyone helpful and friendly
Air conditioning quiet but did not keep room cool
Efficient and friendly staff
Tiny, tiny room - we could hardly move
Perfect location to South Kensington tube, most comfortable bed, pillows and crisp linen. Underfloor heating in the bathroom which felt very luxurious
Nothing to dislike - will definitely return when visiting London - price is very good for this hotel and its location
For a London hotel this was great - well appointed, clean, modern and ideally located only 50 meters from the South Kensington tube station. The staff at levels were very professional and attentive. Thoroughly recommended
We enjoyed everything and there was really nothing not to like. My second visit and will certainly go there again.
The position in front of the south ken underground station. The staff was very kind and always available.
The room is definitely too small and the also the bed is short (i'm 1.80). After the second night, the badge stop working: in certain moments of the day it's something you really don't want to happen. Disappointing.
Stylish and cool, great restaurant and fabulous location.
Agree room a little dark.
mattress shower decor location
small, if well equipped, bathroom heating didn't work properly at first
The location, the friendly and very helpful staff, plus the cleanliness of the room. Excellent walk in shower.
The room was very small and with the exception of the excellent walk in shower the bathroom was cramped with little or no space to put wash bag items etc. Giant scatter cushions on the bed which served no purpose other than to take up valuable space. Where are you supposed to put them when you turn in for the night? £192 per night seemed expensive but I'm sure is par for the course in this location. Breakfast was extra and also very expensive. £14 for the continental buffet option with tea or coffee on top! This is a lot of money for elder visitors with smaller appetites.
