Everything. Location, comfort, food.
Nothing not to like.
Bed was very comfortable and location was great. Well stocked bar and free WIFI worked well. Would recommend and will stay there again if working in the area.
Wasn't given the room I had booked but fortunately didn't have to share the shared bathroom. Have a complimentary breakfast to compensate. Helpful and pleasant staff, breakfast was great.
No shower, only bath and only a bar of soap as toiletries. Very basic but can't complain for the price.
Bar/reception staff was happy, confident and professional...gave a good impression of the site.
My request for a "quiet" room was forgotten, consequentially,I was unable to get any sleep before my next work stint back to London as my room was directly over the front door and the road through the village which made for a potentially dangerous situation for myself and my clients......not happy about that at all !
Location ideal as we were attending a function next to the property. Very flexible about breakfast times which was nice and relaxing.
Room and bathroom not very clean.
Just right for getting your head down after a night out.
bathroom down the hall & no shower
the food and nice hot bath
Easy to find right in the high street, free parking.Room comfortable.
Watch out for the odd couple of steps en route to room.
Friendliness of the staff and the location of the hotel.
The narrowness of the duvet and the noisiness of the saniflow.
Central location with parking Decent pub food
Noisy and limited services for the price
The Angel is ideally situated on Narberth's high street. The staff are helpful and friendly. All in all, a nice place to come home at the end of the day.
I personally prefer hard surfaces to sleep on, although the bed would probably be ideal for most people.
Room very basic poor value for the price of the room
Tea and coffee in room, spacious room, Warmed baby food up on request.
Old and tatty furnishings both in room and lounge area. Breakfast was 1egg, 1 bacon 1 sausage half a tomato and handful of mushrooms
Service was poor all around
Excellent memory foam mattresses Friendly staff
Nice big light room - could be lovely Ideal location for the town centre
Could do with a refurb, well overdue - looked dated and worn Shin pads from previous guest found in bedside table
My partner and myself really enjoyed our stay at the Angel Hotel and will be recommending it to friends and family! Very welcoming staff members and the food was outstanding!
Apart from having my ourse stolen the morning we were coming home, there isnt anything I didnt enjoy about our little trip away :)
noise from the extractor. shower stuck on very hot. general un cleanliness, especially shower floor. seeing fly's on the sauce bottle on the breakfast put me off the food. glad the stay was cut short so I could leave early. didn't stay the 4 nights
Narberth is a beautiful village with some great little shops pubs and resturants, its close to many places of interest and The Angel Hotel his located in the heart of the village. The owner and his staff work hard to ensure your requirements are met. We had the last remaining room which was a twin room, the following day a family room became vacant and we were made aware that we could move into there if we wanted, which we did. Thought that was a nice touch. Yes there's nicer and bigger hotels in the area that charge you a lot more but for us id rather spend our money and support the small local business who are at the heart of the community they live in, and who works all hours to ensure you have a good experience.
Had everything you needed on the doorstep Nice clean comfortable bed Friendly chef
Lack of wifi
Location - easy to find. Large airy room with lots of space to move around considering it was a family room. Nice biscuits! Good breakfast.
A little pricey but that could be the time of year.
Friendliness of staff, put water bottles in freezer overnight for us.
Slats on bed kept dropping, thus was something they had been made aware if before, room very hot, had to sleep with emawgency exit door open all night, no fan, no shower for family room very surprising and after 2330 premises alarmed without emergency contact no given.
Breakfast was good and nicely served.
The beer smell from the pub pervaded the first floor corridors and rooms. Building needs modernisation - carpeting.
Cheap and convenient
Room smelt damp and was in need of Up dating.
