Comfortable but very basic/inadequate facilities. Good situation by river. Not best value for money. Bedroom had no fridge, no safe, bedding was inadequate and curtains were dirty. At breakfast no staff on duty in dining room, tables not laid, coffee percolator and milk jug both empty so that guests' requirements not attended to. |

The room was relatively clean, and completely smoke free. Good breakfast considering near London and the Airports. Fair price for one night's stay. Bed cover was just two blankets. No duvet in sight. Thank goodness it was not a cold night! Although that said, the room did have a very large elecric heater (but I wouldn't keep it on all night due to the potential fire hazard). |

convenience of its location (1) I feel the level of cleanliness of the en suite room was poor. The net curtain at the window was torn, creased and dirty. There was dust and cobwebs on the light shades. There were two loose pieces of cut out carpet. The room was hot and there was no facility for turning off radiators or turning the temperature down. |

The location of the hotel is the main reason for chosing the hotel. It offers adequate accomodation at a fair price. |

There was not quiet on the afternoon (some parts of hotel were repair) - but it can be ok in the next (when I was here at first, it was ok, too). |

The free wifi that worked after the second day of my stay (they first gave me access to a wifi which range didn't extend to my room). Close to IBM training center. Close to a big supermarket to buy something edible as substitute for the hotel's breakfast. Almost everything. I was glad when I could check out. The bed was terrible, the blankets stinged, my room looked out on a back alley with a light just next to my window and all night noise. English breakfast was burnt... Worst hotel experience ever! |

Very good indian resturant connected to the hotel. Everything feels/looks worn out. I sometimes had hot water. It was quite noisy. A bit over priced. |

Reasonably priced and central They tried to poison us by giving us yogurt for breakfast that was 13 days past the use by date! and the orange juice was off as well, it smelt repulsive. Room was very dirty with thick dust on the back of the door that someone had written 'clean me' in which they obviously hadn't. |

The check-in was efficient and the breakfast was good. The room I stayed in was noisy and the mattress was very lumpy - had a bad night's sleep. When I told the receptionist she wasn't inteterested. |

The fact that the receptionist let me use Internet on its personal computer for more than 2 hours as it was very important to me getting information. Very old Fashion Hotel - |

Bedroom was clean. Female reception staff were very helpful and polite. exterior of hotel looked unkept and untidy. Inside the public areas were in a poor condition. First bedroom given looked out onto an outside passsage that had boxes, old table and chairs stacked up over the window. |

Det var nära min slutdestination. Med Svenska mått mätt var standarden låg. Men lägsta nivån på hotell i England är väl mycket lägre än i Sverige !? |
