The quality of the rooms, especially the bathroom. Rather noisy first night, our room was next to the door leading to the car park. The door closers wern't adjusted properly causing the door to bang everytime someone went in or out, from early morning. When we told reception about it they fixed it by the next night.

Our room was ready when we arrived even though we arrived early. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was in a good location for our needs. Will definatly use again next year for our yearly trip twickenham army/navy rugby game. May book before that if we can get away and would recommend to others. Thankyou.

The staff were helpful. The rooms were nicely presented and clean. The hotel was in a good location The airconditioning didn't work effectively, which meant the room was too hot. In spite of having free wifi facilities, there was no signal in my room. No bath mat was provided in the bath room, which meant the floor got soaked when I got out of the shower and was very slippery. The pillows were too small and very lumpy. The staff in the breakfast room were a bit over zealous - they need to learn how to give guests time & space to sit down and make their choices before they leap on them. They also need to wait for you to finish one course before they bring the next!

The rooms have been recently renovated to a very high standard. Walking distance to Staines. The food was very pleasant Indian cuisine. No lift and corridors make the hotel into a rabbit warren. We were first put in a room with no wall window...only a small skylight window. Poor aircirculation and no aircon. After refusing to accept this room at gbp130/ a week night we were offered a different much larger and beautiful room. Weekend prices gbp120.00. And when we complained no manager was to be found. Will never stay there again

Very comfortable room, clean and modern. Very nice bathroom. I didn't try the attached Indian restaurant as there was no-one else eating there. At least on the night I was staying, the hotel didn't seem like a warm or atmospheric place to hang out. However, there are some good pubs and decent restaurants within easy walking distance so this is not really an serious objection.

Room facilities were good, the wifi worked well. Not impressed by the fire alarm at 07:30. The breakfast was poor; I ordered poached eggs on toast. The toast was thin sliced cheap white bread, the eggs were under done obviously not poached simply in water. The second day I ordered scrambled eggs, these were also dissapointing. The whole experience at breakfast was poor and dissapointing, On the third day I descided to give breakfast a miss. Learn how to cook eggs and get some good quality bread!

Although not the most friendly, very service oriented. I had a room upgrade and in the bar they were very flexible in keeping the opening hours. The guests I met in the bar were very friendly and in for a talk.

The standard of the decor and fittings in the room was very high. I think there could be some finishing touches to an otherwise very well appointed hotel. THings like tissues being available, pictures/prints on the walls to add some additional colour. Not wishing to be too picky and merely as an observation in my room (303) the shower door opening door should be on the other side to make access easier. The toilet seat seemed to be the wrong type becuase you could see the toilet bowl top where the seat does not fit properly.

Good location walking distance to town centre and the lovely riverside, as hotel is very near the only bridge crossing the river into tow (the pub dtrectly opposite has a great terrace on the riverside, and more riverside restaurants on the other side via the bridge, incl Slug & lettuce etc). Ample parking in own car park. Rooms have recently been refurbished, very good and modern standard, not entirely squeaky clean though. There is a good indian in the hotel, and the town centre is close with bigger choice. A very nice weekend retreat, especially as it was splendid weather to stroll along the river, and sit in the sun with a drink. The restaurant aircon was near our window, so it was a bit loud out there.

The Location was good and easy to find. The room for an executive room was very small and only had 1 towel in the room, had to ask for more towels. The Indian restaurant had no music at all, which meant that there was no atmosphere in the restaurant.

The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed comfy. But the bathroom stole the show - fantastic! Very roomy, I cant stand fiddly little bathrooms on hotel rooms! The restaurant being an Indian was a bit strange - lovely evening meal but at breakfast it felt a bit weird. Also the reception area was impersonal and not at all welcoming.

The room was small but very modern and tasteful with a fabulous bathroom. It was near the town centre for shops, etc and also close the the river Thames. The receptionist was not welcoming or friendly.
