Everything! Friendly helpful staff. Right beside Charlton Train Station. TV and WiFi in room. Room was warm and spacious. Beds were very comfortable, giving the best nights sleep I've had in years. Excellent price.
Not The Hilton, but actually difficult to find any faults. Accessibility would be a problem I think.
The staff was very friendly. They have good advice on how to get places
Found a flea in my bed. Beds where broken and loud. Woke up with a stuffed shoulder. The main door to back entrance don't lock.
Staff Helpful; Nice location, just take the train to the London Bridge or Waterloo East Station and you're in the center; The double room was in the corner of the hotel, nice view; You can make coffee and tea in the room; Nice kitchen, if you want to make your own meal, you can do it; Is old, but very cosy, comfortable and clean.
The double room was in the corner of the hotel so is quite noisy, I don't mind but if you don't like cars and ambulance noise, maybe it could bored you; Is hard to let the shower (small one) with a nice temperature, too hot or too cold.
Very close to the O2 arena and also very close to centre of London.
Area did not seem the most safe area however was good value.
Really not meant to be a hotel
It was convenient for the event in Charlton and next to the railway station for ease of access into London Bridge. No noise from the pub.
Room in the roof was a bit dark with only a skylight.
Good size room, unique layout of hotel, stones throw from the train station, short bus ride from The O2 Arena.
One night there was a Charlton home match. And the smoking area for the pub was right outside my room. With people sat on the door step. As a 23 year old girl, it was quite intimidating to walk out my room. And the noise was terrible with all the lairy shouting punters.
Taking a shower was hard due to low water pressure
room was clean and tidy. staff helpfull
i have no complaints
nice spaceous room. Clean. Very close to train station.
Location on noisy street. Neighbourhood not very nice. Outside of Hotel looks dodgy. No breakfast.
The room was clean and comfortable.
The bar was a bit of a dive and the noise from the road was a little bit too much.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, helped with all my bags, had no problem offering assistance for everything (booking taxi's etc) Free kitchen use, good wifi signal, clean room. Great value for money. (Stayed in a private room)
Not an ideal location on a busy road
everything was good
nothing was bad
The hotel was clean, the staff helpful.
It was on a very noisy main road. The photo on website did not represent what we found. There were no restaurants nearby. Knowing what I now know, I would not have chosen to stay there.
Very clean, nice people It's a bit far from the center, but it's a 2 min walk to buses and train, that put you in the center in 15-20 min. It's quite, has lots of places nearby to buy food. They give you coffee and milk, has a very nice kitchen for you to use. It was a very pleasant stay.
Location is good for the O2 arena, taxi's only cost £7 which the hotel was happy to book for us.
Beds were quite old and not very comfy.
The room was bright and welcoming, clean, comfy bed, would recommend to anybody!!
Nothing I can think of,
We booked a private double with bathroom, it was very clean, the shower was hot and I slept well. This is not central London but there is a train station just over the road so is easy to get to. The only slight negative is parking in the area - you can park for free after 4.30pm behind the hotel or on a Sunday. If you come during the day there is a free car park a few minutes walk away in Charlton town.
Bed was comfortable.
Neighborhood and security codes on the doors. Drafty room and funny smell in the toilet room.
Nice clean hotel, friendly staff. Very basic accommodation right next to train station. not for the posh set!! Workingman's pub down stairs, nice for a pint. ensuites available, otherwise shared bathrooms (very clean).
Next to busy road, so not good if you are a light sleeper.
It's located on a bus route and a tube route which is good. It was clean and secure not a chain hotel, a snap-shot of what it's like to live in London, pub a working class pub, good experience
low water pressure in shower in room and only very hot water on a busy street so can be noisy
There was really nice and clean and the price is really fare all the staffs are really friendly
coffee and tea topped up each day kitchen facilities were great and very clean staff were very helpful when i left something important behind
no discount for additional nights booked
Exactly what it sayes on the tin.....do not be put off by the exterior & the pub below as this hotel is very clean very good value for money & as a lone female I felt safe throughout definitely would use again
The only downside was the non en suite....but really that was not a big problem.
The chairs in room and close to railway.
Low bed. Accessibility issues. No parking safe , close and free. No knowledge of kitchen prior to visit.
