Friendly and flexible staff! Fully stocked kitchen.
The cleaning of rooms/bathrooms in morning "rushour". Had to wait for bathroom being available because of them being cleaned.
Private bathroom was worth paying for
Room was cold Room smelled of must and cheap bleach Attached to a run down pub
the room was very clean and the workers were really nice. about location, is a bit far from London (30 min in train) but good connection
bed room clean near by shops near by train
environment can be bit intimidating
Nice clean room, you could make tea/coffee
When you got in the "reception" hallway the smell of the railway/stadium pub is debilitating. Expensive + they hold guarantee for the key (so its a bad-news hotel) No breakfast (maybe that is a good thing I wouldn't eat in that pub even if they paid me) Middle of nowhere No hairdryer in the room, you could ask for one from reception but not if you realise in the middle of the night after you have had a shower.
It is near to the rail station
An excellent price. Cosy room but by no meant too small, quiet, clean & tidy, fresh white sheets, good shower room, parking on the door step, station just over the road, friendly helpful staff. Although not having a breakfast/restaurant isn't everyone's cup-of-tea, I really would recommend giving this a try if you're on a budget & plan to be out & about in London & just want a place to sleep. I would definitely stay here again
The pub at the front is a little shabby looking but once you're in the hotel at the back (separate building) you wouldn't know it's there
Close to the trains and buses to London
Our room was located by the main street -very noisy 24 hours.WI-Fi works only in the common room on the 3-rd floor, full of backpackers-one computer for all. Bathrooms very basic and old.
Very noisy Dusty Not a good hotel for summer
Quick and easy check in. Comfortable and airy room. Great value for money. Just 10 mins from the O2.
we loved how close it was in the morning to get from the hotel to the london city airport.
shower pressure was very weak but they did have signs to warn people about this problem.
Location was good. About 1.5 miles to O2, which was okay to walk, but we had the weather for it... I didn't check alternative ways to get there, like the bus for example Right by Charlton station, so easy to get to Triple room was basic but adequate for somewhere to crash after a night out at the O2 No complaints here Would recommend for anyone looking for cheap accommodation near the O2
Nothing, it was fine.
The fellow on check in was nice.
Smell of rooms was very musty Lock on door seemed flimsy Shower was small and spilled water everywhere Bed uncomfortable and lumpy Not a great area if your looking for London City experience Wi-Fi was temperamental
Far from central London but close to railway station. Large ASDA supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Excellent pub (Hope and anchor) by the Thames 10 minutes away.
Perfect location for the O2, direct 24hr bus. Would also be good for visiting central London with a quick and regular service to London Bridge station. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked fairly well appointed and the common area was clean. The free wifi was appreciated and worked well.
The room was a touch warm, but our stay was during a particularly hot period. The option of a desk fan would have been appreciated but probably not required for most of the year.
Good location and value for money for short stay. Food is not available in the hotel, but there is a good Chinese restaurant nereby.
Bathroom was quite tight and the room was bit smelly.
Very good price for London, staff very helpfull and even though we arrived early they tried to see if we could get our room.
Double bed hard against the wall, bit inconvenient for 2 middle aged people who need to get up in the night
Location and value.
Cold shared showers, lots of noise from the pub and traffic.
So convenient for O2! Great value for money, bus stop right outside, straight up to O2! Clean and great for one night stay!!
Lock on door was a bit flimsy
That it was close to the O2 Arena which is what our trip was all about and was quiet
The directions weren't clear enough and had to ask for help on getting there
Really comfy and clean room and public areas. The pub is brilliant and probably the cheapest pints I've had in London! Staff were really helpful, and there are bus stops right outside to Greenwich, O2 and North Greenwich tube (5 mins away).
There was a glass panel above the bedroom door, and when someone turned the hallway light on to go to the bathroom it streamed through into the bedroom, waking me up at 3am.. Not good. It's on a timer that seems to last ages so unable to turn it off. Also, the shower was a lukewarm trickle.
Good location for o2 and getting into central London. Generally staff very helpful and friendly and it served our needs.
The hotel and rooms are very dated and could do with a re-furb.
location and room size
no cold water in shower, only boiling hot, so we were not able to take a shower or wash ourselves; when this was addressed to the receptionist, she did not offer to refund our 10 pounds for our private bathroom
Clean. Comfy Bed. Pleasant staff. Close to Transport links for O2. Value for money.
Nothing, it suited my needs.
Clean, right outside train station.
Even though double glazing, traffic noise was horrendous , even through early hours . Ask for room at back of hotel .
