Room was great.

Not enough water in the room. No tooth brush

Very good and responsive facitlity, in general good location (you can easily access it from the Paddington station). Hotel very close to shopping streets (Regent & Oxford). I was really excited during my stay there.

Very gracious staff. Cozy, very nice room with all the right touches - slippers, robe, umbrella in the large closet, luxurious shower, nespresso, etc. The bed was absolutely comfortable. Good location. Quiet. Strong internet signal. Outsanding fitness center.

The kindness of the employees/front desk and efficiency

The beds were too soft. The pillows were flat; perhaps offer a standard size pillow and a king pillow, and a soft and a meduim firmness pillow.

Staff is really amazing, location is absolutely great, close to the High Street and steps away frim Hyde Park. Really great value hotel! We certainly will be back!

Bed could be a few inches wider and I personally did not like the choice of toiletries.

we got upgraded to a deluxe room and we loved it. cannot comment on the lesser rooms.

Well.. When I was in the hotel, last day I woke up then... No water..five stars hotel without water... No offer to make customers loyal to the hotel brand .. no free breakfast .. it was really bad feeling ,, very poor management,,,, no apologize... Reception were calling me to ask when I will leave the room... I said to them when you will have water... Expensive price ..... not worth it when I was checking out reception asked me if I took red bull !!! awful ......... I didn't wash my face when I left ..... I was really angry ...

Room arrangement is very well balanced between, sleeping , bathing and storage area

Asked for a security deposit of 300 gbp (150 per night) to cover miscellaneous expenses !!! Never encountered this policy at any other 4 star hotel.

I am a very picky traveler and I must say that overall this hotel is really great. My only recommendation would be to work on the staff in the restaurant. Seems like they have many people working there that do not understand english and just overall the service is not very good. The location, rooms, housekeeping, etc was all excellent and I would stay here again.

The hotel is good & the staff are very friendly but the room size is very small & I was not happy about the concirage service at all

For me concierge service is very important specialy if you are travell in a short break & in the Arch hotel the concirage is really bad

The concierge and other staff were so helpful, the were glad to offer the required service, the customer service were interested in knowing my preferences regarding the breakfast in order to make them available.

the buttons for no disturbance and for house keeping turn on automatically, first one led them not to clean my room that day for the purpose of not to disturb me although I am out of the hotel! the second led them to knock the door or either sometimes to ignore your call since they know the problem even if it's true that you need the house keeping. the reception promised to send the engineer but he did not show up. I think they cannot fix it!

I found the check-in desk very cold and almost unfriendly but very efficient .... Can improve the welcoming moment a lot. Also I forgot a couple of items (nothing expensive) in the drawers and I wrote to the hotel asking to hold it until I get back to London two weeks later but no satisfactory answer only an automatic message . Disappointing!
