Large rooms and baths, clean, comfortable, well equipped, good location The level of Serbia was unexpectable low! Chen in and chek out takes too long time, nobody clean your table during the breakfast, so at the end you eat in surrounding of a dirty plates, the breakfast itself doesn't wirth even half a money asked. No porridge, no scrambled eggs, no freshes, very limited choice of a food.

Even though I booked for a studio, because of overbooking( ?) they gave me a 2 bedroom apt... And on my arrival they wanted to charge me for a 2 bedroom apt... After I showed them the booking and the agreed price and a meeting with the manager they agreed to the original price... I was really surprised that they wanted a price for a 2 bedroom apt even though the booking was for a studio...

Fantastic location (very, very central, yet quiet) and considering the general standard of hotels in London I thought it was good value for money. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the fitness room was small but perfectly adequate and I enjoyed the sauna. The continental breakfast was average (and pricy). Good bacon and eggs would have gone a long way to mitigate the problem.

Room facilities were great. I stayed in a studio, it was spacious with a very well equipped kitchenette. Staff were very helpful. I felt at home really. I would surely stay there the next time I go to London if their rates remain affordable. Not much to say really. I can only think of the internet being very slow at times.

سكنت لمدة 3 ليالي في شقه غرفه مع صاله متوسطة المساحه ومطبخ صغير وحمام الشقق رائعه وهاديه وانيقه والطاقم ودودين وخدمات سريعه السعر غالي نوعا ما قريبه من السفاره السعوديه وبنك الرياض وسوبر ماركت تسكو اسعاره معتدله ومطعم لبناني بيت الدين السغر غالي

Nous avions un petit apartement avec 2 chambres une petite cuisine et un salon. Avoir tout cet espace est très agréable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans un quatier très calme et proche des sites touristiques.

отель не соответствует заявленным 5 звездам. номера грязные, ковры, стены, потолки в пятнах. холодильник пустой, даже простой воды нет. из окон дует. очень шумное отопление, от гула можно сойти с ума. обратились с этой проблемой в администрацию, кроме извинений не получили ничего, даже не предложили поменять номер. отсутствуют русские каналы по tv. очень далеко от метро.

Bequemes Bett, geschmackvolle Möbel bzw Einrichtung. Personal war geleichgueltig, als wir uns über die in der Nacht ununterbrochene laut lärm beschwert haben. Konnte wegen lärm kaum einschlafen. Ein personal sagte, dass er nichts für konnte.

A localização é muito boa: um bairro predominantemente residencial, calmo e agradável, mas que fica bem próximo `as principais atrações turísticas de Londres, e a restaurantes e lojas tbém. O quarto era espaçoso e aconchegante, e os funcionários foram simpáticos e atenciosos. O banheiro era abastecido com cremes, sabonetes e shampoos de uma ótima marca francesa diariamente: enfim, tudo muito agradável. A única ressalva ao hotel foi o fato de a secadora de roupa do nosso flat não estar funcionando, o que fez com que precisássemos usar o serviço de lavanderia do hotel, gastando uma quantia que poderíamos ter economizado, e a luz de leitura sobre a cama estar com mal contato: parou de funcionar, o que me impediu de ler antes de dormir.
