Friendliness of staff! Only a small point... on the second morning the breakfast tables had not been cleared after use by guests coming down for breakfast earlier; I had to sit at a 'used' table! There was only one member of staff serving who was clearly quite busy doing other things apart from serving breakfast. He either wasn't required to be dedicated to the task or was being multitasked by his management perhaps? |

Large comfortable room and outdoor area which had a heater - lucky because I did not feel I could sit inside! (See negative comments). Breakfast was fast to arrive too after ordering. Morning call did not happen so I was late in the morning and no food available that was wheat free (I cannot eat sandwiches!) After kitchens closed at 9.45pm. They also were painting the hall in between the bar and reception overnight and although it was only 10.30 I felt I was disturbing their work and could not get another drink! |

comfort of the room was brilliant and the parking was adiquate the noise in the court yard was annoying when people went out to smoke. Also during our stay some channels on the tv were not available. |

This hotel is set on a private estate built in 1877, and nestles in 5 acres of beautiful Lincolnshire parkland between the Wolds and the River Humber. |
A 52 bedroom hotel ideally placed for motorway access, yet close enough to the town and only 15 minutes from the sea. |
