warm and friendly welcome, comfortable spacious room and surprisingly good food for dinner it's location, near a chemical works, is ideal for business people, and indeed that is how the hotel positions itself, but would be a bit of a shock for someone seeking a pleasant country location |

I actually loved the hotel..everything was great, "including the bed" which is a "Plus"..I was treated with the upmost respect and i plan on staying at the (Ashborne) on my next visit to the U.K...Took pictures of it just so i could show my husband when i returned home to the U.S.A...Told him all about it, and its friendly staff...More Hotels over in the U.K...need to remember that when you have guess, (especially) ones that travel long long ways...That they expect and need a very "Comfortable Bed" to sleep in and the Ashborne..Provided that in everyway!..Thank you, for making my trip and stay a great one!!! No...It was all great! |

As a business traveller all I look for in a hotel is a comfortable bed, a quiet and clean room all of which were provided. It is an added bonus to have things like free internet, Sky channels etc..This hotel has not long been refurbished and fulfilled my requirements with everything mentioned and at a fair price. |

We did like the stay and the location was exellent for us while we arrived to Immingham 10:30 pm. by freight ship and we did of course like to overnight rather close to the harbour. Our navigator brought us to the entrance. |

Friendliness of staff! Only a small point... on the second morning the breakfast tables had not been cleared after use by guests coming down for breakfast earlier; I had to sit at a 'used' table! There was only one member of staff serving who was clearly quite busy doing other things apart from serving breakfast. He either wasn't required to be dedicated to the task or was being multitasked by his management perhaps? |

Hotellet fyllde sin funktion som övernattningshotell vid terminalen i Immingham. Bra läge i förhållande till färjeterminalen med hänsyn till färjans ankomsttid till Immingham (sent på kvällen). Lätt att finna och lätt att fortsätta ifrån. Priset ligger i överkant mht vårt behov men läget var avgörande. Incheckning bör enl webben ske senast 22, för tidigt mht till färjan. Dock fungerade incheckningen trots detta bra. |
