The people are very friendly and ready to help you. I wasn't able to get a taxi because of the rain and a girl at t he reception just brought me to the place I needed to go...I Liked the atmosphere in the lobby and the different available spaces to get a drink or to have a meal. I ate in the restaurant and it was very good. The wifi was not working.

Decor, good value, good food. Staff didn't know how to find whisky on the till, and couldn't advise what to do when we couldn't get the radiator in our room to work.

Ideal location for my needs Ideally priced Central location close to supermarket Good eating and drinking facilities within hotel with comfortable and pleasant surroundings Room (205) was very noisy, there was an air conditioning unit right outside that kept me awake all night. It was generally noisy, walls quite thin so could hear from adjacent rooms. Shower is only powerful when on cold setting Stairs to rooms is a little tired, the carpet is coming away a little could be hazardous to elderly guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff Facilities in hotel are nice the bed is very comfy food in the bar is good and the Restaurant looks nice but not tried it myself as yet Very economical booking through Booking.com Room I was in (206) smelt a bit damp and was rather small although perfectly acceptable for the one night stay. I wouldn't have wanted to have been there more than a couple of nights. Also, if you sit in the chair in front of the mirror you are too low down to see properly when drying your hair I've stayed here 3 times now and it's been the same in all the rooms) Shower wasn't very powerful and was either too hot or too cold.Car park is not very big and spaces are quite tight for a large car although there is plenty of free parking nearby so not an issue if you are able bodied.

Staff Friendly and very helpfull I messed up with time of breakfast and didn't get down until after 10am, the manager said it was okay to go and get breakfast and staff were happy to oblige Great Location in Atherstone Rooms clean Breakfast was good Heating was off so room was a little cold (tried radiator at different settings, it never got warm) There was a loud humming noise throughout the night, guessing it was some sort of generator?

staff all friendly. Our room was spotless and very well decorated. Loved the heraldic theme of hotel and the atrium. The mattress was a little springey but as only one night, that was not a problem.

We were able to book through Booking.com for £35 a night. We wouldn't have been happy paying £70 which we were originally going to have to pay. Close to Mythe Barn Wedding Venue When we arrived, our bookings were messed up, I had previously cancelled my original booking at £70 a night as my friends had booked through Booking.com and paid £35. On arrival we have two rooms booked but one for 1 night and 1 for 2. The lady efficiently sorted this out for us. When in the room, which was exceptionably small we discovered that the tv didn't work, we rang down and they said they would send someone up. No-one turned up before we had to head out so we packed our stuff and placed it on the bed, we explained to the lady that they could go and fix the tv in our absence and if they were unable to our stuff was packed for them to move us to another room. 5 hours later at 11pm when we returned as asked the same lady who advised he had been up but he hadn't said what the problem was and she was unable to move us as they were fully booked for the following night (of which it was apparent that no-one had even been up and the fact that the hotel was fully booked the following night and not that night meant they could have moved us at least for that first night) We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel with no working tv and no suggestion from staff as to how to resolve the matter.

Location for us was ideal and the staff were most friendly. No issues here whatsoever. On site car park was also excellent for us. On the sunday morning the sound of loud dance music from the kitchen (7am) and dining room woke us up as our room was situated over these facilities.

Good quality breakfast, food wise.Friendly attitude of general manager who I remember from previous visit. Breakfast order not taken accurately.Sausages ordered not delivered had to ask again.Requested brown toast got white and yoghurts and juices cleared soon after I went to breakfast at 09.15 even though told at check in that there was no rush for breakfast.

The style of the hotel was amazing the amount of detail was great, on the venue alone id give it 10/10. Unfortunately the staff let it down, they were polite but not organised which became very frustrating by the end.
