la posizione e la cordialità dello staf la camera era piccola e sinceramente brutta con un bagno che praticamente non c'era per fortuna ci siamo stati solo una notte |

The staff was very kind and helpful; the food was truly outstanding; the bar was very nice and comfortable. My single room, non-sea view, while affordable, was extremely small, making even the simplest movements difficult and having only the bed to sit on or organize materials. |

All facilities were excellent: very clean and modern. The staff made it special by being very welcoming, happy & humourous, always available but never obtrusive. |

Friendly hotel staff; very good kitchen ( we had an excellent dinner); family room a little bit too small for four persons; facilities nice and proper; excellent view on the sea family room too small |

Decor and facilities. Seaviews. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff Service in the restaurant was extremly slow even on a less busy night, Food was good and imaginative on the whole but suffered when the restaurant was full. |

The service we received from the owner and staff. I was not impressed with the Hotel bar which seemed to cater more for local clientel than for the hotel guests and I thought more use could have been made of the small intimate bar in the restaurant area. |

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Excellent facilities in a convenient location to West Cornwall. I felt the meal (dinner) was overpriced for what it was. Nothing wrong with the food at all, but there wasn't much of it (and I'm not a heavy eater). Had to have three courses to feel 'satisfied', which ended up costing quite a bit. |

Big family room offered to us at the price of double room as we arrived with our 8yo son & the family rooms were availabile. Cosy & modern rooms. Good choice for the breakfast. Bathroom!!! the smallest I have ever seen & used. Hard to bath your child!! Pretty far from the town centre and the beach. |

Friendly staff, excellent location, decent car parking spaces. Very pricey food giving no real incentive to dine in the restaurant in the evening. Went out and enjoyed good, value for money food, averaging £15.00 per head for 2 course meal. I feel that more people would dine in the hotel if the prices were more competitive. The Hotel offered basic price for main meal and then all vegetables, potatoes, chips were additional.Better to offer complete meals. |

The new restaurant, the food and the helpfullness of the staff were excellent. The room was very basic and small and compared to many others that I have stayed in, the hotel is most certainly (based on the room and it's lack of facilities) not a 3* hotel and as a result found the room rate to be somewhat overpriced. |
