.Food was good,Well presented etc

Room was very small ,Bathroom very small.I Would have struggled in the room had I been staying for more than 1 night

The food in the restaurant was excellent. The evening meal in particular, although my only comment was that although the meal was "two courses for £15" 2 of the 3 options incurred a £5 surcharge, but I suppose it gave the impression of the meal being cheaper.

Basic hotel, made generally comfortable, considering they advertise hire of dvd when asked the selection hardly existed

Hard to put a finger on it but we found much better for considerably less ,considering they advertise hire of dvd when asked, the selection hardly existed.

Stayed in room 11. Bed felt cold when we pulled bedside unit away from wall mold patches were present. But this is an old building which looks nice . And had a good refirb.

not enough staff on duty in the mornings and the chef really needs to learn how to cook porridge.

Very good location for carbis bay beach and transport by bus to st Ives, nice restaurant and good quality breakfast located very near to a superb Italian restaurant and also food in the evening very nice

Very 'tired' room with marked walls and scratched ceiling, a 'sweet' smell of mouldy wall. Bathroom very small and uncomfortable due to the position of toilet. Part of this extension for Atlantic is in need of refurbishment and updating

Fantastic reception and follow-through service by all staff. Food was good. Tour bus passed the hotel. Very accessible to the town centre.

Friendly staff, good atmosphere in the bar. High levels of hygiene in all areas. Great breakfast.

Location, for some reason I thought the hotel was near the centre of St Ives, my error. We felt a little isolated due to location, however, there is a good bus service.

I didnt like the fact that locals used the atlantic as there local pub felt very uncomfortable eating in the bar area with my toddler as the sports were constantly on and there were a few comments made from him running around and playing and making noise as the manager kept turning the volume up.and also the manager discussing a price for a room with either a friend/relative and such a cheap price and free breakfast when we just paid alot for a 2 night break.also the gallery of the rooms has been misrepresented as we could of got a better qualitu of room at a premier inn

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a nice terrace/seating area out front. The views from the front are beautiful. It is in a good location, very near Carbis Bay.

The bathrooms were absolutely tiny and the water pressure in the showers was very low. Rooms could do with a lick of paint. We stayed in an economy room first night which was very small, but a family room after which was a good size although the double bed seemed very small.

Public areas very clean and nicely presented. Breakfasts in the restaurant were very good and the staff were welcoming, pleasant and efficient.

Room (number 3) was OK but the en suite was poor, desperately in need of redecoration with water from the shower running onto the floor and the shelf below the mirror missing. Mirror light only worked intermittently.
