Friendly and polite staff. With in walking distance for main attractions and shopping centre. The fire escape was in our room, so we had no window to open. This made the room very hot. We paid extra for the continental breakfast - shame it was processed ham and cheese. On morning 2, the cheese had run out! Paintwork needs freshening up. |

Location, approx. 10-15 minute walk into town. The twin room was very small and dark. There was a door to the fire escape but this could not be opened. |

While the facilities were a little basic, it was great value for money. A good location just outside the city, but with a bus stop directly outside with regular busses into the city centre. Shower pressure was rather haphazard |

This was about a 10-15 mins walking distance to the down centre. Bus stop was outside hotel. The room was small for a double, just enough walking space between the walls and the bed, towels were not changed during my 4 night stay. There were no staff on site after 8pm, although mobile number was given if there was any problems, however, as a single parent traveling with a child I did not feel secure within the accomodation at night. |

Nothing. The price is two high for the conditions, not friendly staff (not possible to make a call). Low water pressure in the shower. Total deception. |

The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. 1. The internet connection was super weak, could hardly get connected. 2. Even when the internet was connected, some screening blocked a lot of websites. I couldn't even check my emails and the staff didn't know the password to override the screening. 3. The private bathroom was not in the room, I had to walk through to hallway to get to it. 4. The shower was running way too slow. 5. |
