We had the attic conversion room, very tidy and comfortable. Not too far from the shops and there is a Carvery pub not too far in the other direction - good value for money by the way. The proprietor is very helpful and friendly.

The room was not cleaned or the bed remade after the first night, dirty cups left. No fresh milk left in the room to make hot drinks after the first day. (we only stayed 2 nights)

Lovely house in a good location. Good food. Owner was very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

Missing blind in our bedroom meant the room was rather light at night, and the morning sun woke us very early and made more sleep virtually impossible. The blind was tucked away in the wardrobe drawer, but we did not complain as the owner was incapacitated due to a very recent injury, and we were only spending 2 nights there..

The host was exceptionally pleasant and friendly. She made us feel very much at home, relaxed and welcomed. Breakfast was scrumptious and served quickly with no waiting for food. We'll definitely recommend her to anyone over and again. Thank you so much for such a fantastic stay even long after, we still remember how wonderful our stay was.

Linda from Reading. Absolutely lovely Bed and Breakfast in great location just outside centre, Good bus route into centre so no centre parking. First time in Liverpool to do Half Marathon. Sue was very welcoming and told me directions of everything I wanted to. Will definitely be going to The Avenue on any future trips to Liverpool.
