Lack of personal attention. Breakfast on 2nd morning not prepared, she had forgotten!
me and my son kevin , had a very enjoyable stay at combermere , its just 5 mins walk from great malvern railway station , the lady of the house Naomi is very caring and helpful , even making fried potatoes for my son for breakfast , which he really enjoyed , the house is very peaceful , and has a lovely garden , which we could view from our room , as for shopping there is the main shopping centre in the town , and a 5 min walk takes you to barnards green , which has a fish and chip shop , a chemist , a super/market , a butchers and chinese food , our stay at combermere was a very peaceful experience .

Very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful rooms and very attentive and familiere care.
Naomi is a very accommodating host. We arrived early and just parked the car to take our dog for a walk, she chased us up the road to say that we could get into the accommodation straight away. Everything you needed was there, including a nice cold couple of beers in the fridge. She went out of her way to welcome our dog, even providing some towels for him. Location is great, on a bus route and just minutes from the station and a good selection of local shops.
Clean and comfortable, very good wireless connection, Naomi's easy to get along with.
The breakfast is pretty standard, nothing to write home about.

Close to station and near to the centre. Naomi was charming and extremely helpful. Accomodation is very comfortable. There were no problems at all, thoroughly recommended.
The host was very rude. we arrived in the house and the first thing she said was that she wanted cash from us. the house was very dirty we had not hot water and the hitting was turned off for the whole stay. I do not recommend anyone to stay here! Worst place I have stayed in my life!
Very close to town, hills and station. We were in a private part of the house and were able to come and go as we pleased. There were all the facilities we needed and had the best weekend in Malvern.

Friendly owner. Lovely comfortable room. Whilst breakfast ingredients were of good quality, being orange juice, bacon and eggs toast and tea/coffee wast is somewhat less than the norm in B&B's throughout the country.
There is zero signage for 'The Avenue'. The property is actually signed as Cumbermere(with a tiny sign on the front gate) It is a private house split into 3 flats.The room was in the ground floor flat. Whilst this wasn't a problem we were convinced that we were in the wrong place and very nearly went away. We did ring the contact number which transpires was not the owner. Although there was no actual reference to the bathroom arrabgments it is unusual these days to not have ensuite. This needs to made clear. The owner promised to rectify the signage. Your website refers to The Avenue as a 'Hotel' which it clearly is not.
Very close to Great Malvern station and access to hill walks. Close to rank of shops and take-aways which is useful as this is a self catering property.
There was a flight of steep steps to enter the property, which didn't affect us but people with restricted mobility would not be able to enter the property.
