The staff are fantastic, the location is great. Breakfast is too early(although lovely) for holiday people as it finishes at 9.15 and would be better to be 10am.

Spotless Friendly staff Very welcoming Beautiful surroundings Hotel had a lot of character Ideal location Shame no evening meal available however the positive side to this is we got to sample the local restuarants which we wouldn't have done if evening meals were available.

Staff was great and location was just far enough away to be private but close enough to walk to Bath Centre. For a B&B, missing the little things that make it different fm a hotel - no owner or guest interaction, no "Happy Hour" with wine and snacks. Our room was lacking character, not to mention a/c, bar soap, tissues, decent hair dryer and mini fridge. We loved Bath but not The Ayrlington.

Location - within easy walking distance of Bath City centre. Breakfast - good quality food. Decor - rooms are dated and need updating. Facilities - very tight in the dining room for breakfast, we had to move tables and chairs to be able to sit down. TV too small for room size. Shower screen does not stop water splashing all over bathroom floor.
