Were the hotel is situated. The Bistro next door.

The public Bar. the pillows, you could hear televisions in other rooms, and one member of staff who thought customers do not matter, in the public bar.

the noise from the bar next door went on till midnight and kept us wakened bed very uncomfortable with very heavy duvet ? need to be upgraded very old fashioned windows were moving in the wind with a draft coming in

the hotel was clean,room spacious, staff friendly and it is reasonably priced

Very friendly welcome in main part of hotel (as on previous visit), where staff are unobtrusive but pleased to help when asked -- so a welcome "home from home" for visiting a relative no longer in her own home.

WiFi access is sadly unreliable (as well as being limited to only SOME of the public areas, i.e. the restaurant next door). And pointing out that it wasn't working elicited very little interest!

The location right in town with a car park.

Room 11 was rather smelly.Time to renew the beds.Nice clean white towels and bed sheets.Lots of noise coming from a nightclub next door.Music stopped at 12.30.

Very tired and needs freshening up.

Rooms were absolutelly filthy. Didn't unpack, checked out and was still charged!!!!! I wan't a refund

Nice hotel we were in room no.19 And can I just say it was so cold!! Windows need replaced! We had to ask for a heater, there was a convector heater on the wall, we were told it was on a timer, looks like it was switched off! Apart from that our stay was good

Excellent value town centre hotel and pub handy for Ayr railway station and all service. Enjoyed a very nice pub evening meal and a hearty Scottish breakfast during my one night stay Friendly and attentive staff.
