we really enjoyed our RAJA room it was kind of in the car park rather than the inn but very well presented and clean with a lovely bathroom - excellent tea and coffee tray with "proper " coffee and "tea pigs" and quality biscuits and bottled water had patio style doors/windows which could opened - breakfast was stunning with a varied menu and well presented food - top end of our budget but a good experience we arrived at the time we stated but waited some time to be seen too - we freshened up and went into the bar to eat where we only wanted a bar snack of olives / dipping bread and we waited over an hour to be served they were busy but it was a long wait for such simple thing - bar staff rushed and distant when approached lots of "back turning " and oh i did not see you there kind of thing - expensive menu but what we saw going past us looked good !

I loved the location, the setting is beautiful, staff were very friendly, food was good, bar was lovely and cosy, our room was very comfortable. Me and my partner are gay and were not once made to feel uncomfortable. I've stayed at one of these hotels before bucklers hard in the new forest, I love the little elderflower spirit and the tea and coffee selection is good. No shower in the bathroom, and on the second day we had very very little hot water.

Food was very good in presentation and taste. Lack of staff. Poor level of service (waiting far too long to be served drinks or food). Lack of staff friendliness. Poor internal decorative state of property.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location. Good food for couples but not for families. Poor soundproofing between rooms, we could hear every word spoken next door and even the rattle of teaspoons in cups.

I was originally given a room above the bar which was small and noisy. I asked to move and for a £20 upgrade got a top floor room which was lovely. The upgrade was worth it and still good value. The Hummingbird Room.

Big rooms, peace and quiet Advertsied as "disabled friendly" but is not by a long way - only access to reception/bar/dining is via steps (steep ones in places) and doors barely wide enough for wheelchair, tv didn't work very well with only handful of channels working, food expensive and not great value for money, wi-fi was hit and miss

We loved the time we spent at the Hotel and would highly recommend a trip to this hotel. We will definatly be back. The Facilities are fantastic and the whole hotel expirence was fantastic. The food was very good, local free range products are offered. The menu offered a good variety. The staff are friendly and welcoming. My children fell in love with the pigs and the Farmer spent a large amount of time talking to them. The service in the pub was at times poor. We waited 20mins for drinks. I think this was down to it being Easter weekend and them being exceptionally busy in the resturant.

The breakfast - Tasty and Filling The room - Cosy and had luxury for the price we paid. Location - 5 mins for Longleat Safari Park The Parking - Seemed very limited and had to leave car on the road. The boiler made a rather loud wine when either a tap or shower was on. This happened numerous times thought our stay

The room was lovely, perfect for a stay in the country side. The food in the restaurant is far to expensive for the portion size and there is not a great deal of choice. The meal actually cost as much as the room.
