Front bedroom was cold.
Location was perfect and all the instructions.
Beds were very uncomfortable and the bathroom could do with modernising. The pictures shown on booking.com we're not of the property I had booked so was slightly disappointed.
Location and comfort
This was a lovely place to stay - really convenient for all the sites, well laid out apartment with all that we needed in the kitchen and living room. It is excellent value for a clean, cheerful place with all conveniences.
minor problem getting the heating to work in the morning but to be honest that was solved with 10 minutes of reading the instructions and resetting it - so cannot (and do not!) complain.
Great place to see bath highly recommend
nice set up. Spacious living area. Flexible with Providing bedding for 6. Easy access plans and check out.
No down sides. Thanks.
Apartment found up a lovely mews. Easy walk to Bath town centre.
Parking in area not good. Take the train!
The location is ideal, just a few minutes away from the centre.I loved that the area wasn't too close to busy roads.Very well stocked facility.Would stay again!
The location was good as long as you like a walk. It was very homely.
I did send an email before arriving asking if it would be easy access into the apartment, as I have an 84 year old lady with me who cant walk very far and has a wheelchair. The reply was all good and other older people had stayed at the apartment with out any problems. On arrival we found 14 stairs into the apartment which Made it very hard to enter and leave the apartment. I would not recommend this apartment for older people. The kitchen needs a little organisation and cleaning.
interior with presentation
lot of extra goods lying in all the stores
Pleasant to have the space of the apartment after travelling for weeks and staying in hotel rooms. The communication between the office organising the acc was excellent as there was no reception or staff at the location. Great access to the centre of town after a short walk. Good response from the owner when the TV did not work.
The initial presentation and access to the apartment was via a door down the lane way and the taxi driver had difficulty locating the lane and there were young men fighting and one hit the car of the taxi so we were a little unsure initially. Then many flights of stairs and no lift to the apartment. I would not suggest arriving late at night to this acc especially if women travelling alone. No reception or staff at the apartment.
Great location Friendly staff Great facilities
Location and bedroom
Kitchenette and layout of lounge
The apartment was ideally located within walking distance from Bath city centre. Apartment was very comfortable and homely to come back too after a busy day out, we were so pleased to be able to relax and chill out! Enjoyed our stay.
Was very concerned at the lack of bins outside the building. Also would have been nice to have had a rubber bath mat in the shower/bath. Also very noisy during the night due to traffic and late nights revellers, but then it is a very busy place!
Fantastic apartment. Huge rooms and great facilities.
Central location - only walking required Comfortable Beds and clean linen Reliable Instructions for appliances Well equipped Kitchen Excellent value for money
Second bedroom size ok for weekend breaks but a bit small for any longer period
Spacious, bright, clean, well located, quiet, good value
No possibility to access staff to ask specific questions (only emergency line where you just leave a voice message to be called back)
Central location, well equipped and spacious apartment. Home from home. Although in a lively area the bedroom was lovely and quiet with a comfy bed. Lovely, like new, linen too. Everything you would want in the kitchen area for a weekend stay. Lounge was great although quite a bit of noise from the bar accross the road which may bother some but it did not carry through to the bedroom. Key collection was easy and we were under no presssure to arrive at a time. Some lovely and much appreciated touches like a box of essential toiletries, hairdrier, iron and board, useful books and all sorts of things that really meant you could just walk in and be at home. No shortage of places to eat and be entertained and my teenage daughter loved the close proximity to a wonderful range of shops. Our only problem was not enough time to do it all but if you can go to the Therme Spa when it is dark.... fab experience and a bonus of the big fireworks display. Cant praise this place enough, would love to move in!
Golly, hardly anything not to like. The bathroom was a bit cold as the heated towel rail didnt seem to work (or at least we couldnt get it to) and that was the only form of heat in there. But we had come for a weekend outside not to spend time in the bathroom. Parking was expensive in Manvers St car park but it was so convenient and peace of mind that we could see it from the window and parking was paid for the whole stay for by use of a mobile so we didnt have to keep dashing out in our pjs to top up. About £25 from Friday night to Sunday afternoon, which wasnt bad seeing as where we were and the good value of the apartment. As we checked out at 11am we also had the car to conveniently keep our stuff in before we went home later in the day. But really small issues that did not present a problem. I would say that the front door did look a bit shabby and we did wonder where we had come to at first. However, never judge a book by its cover..... it was fab!
Layout of apartment was good. Useful store cupboard condiments.
Musty smell on entrance into hallway from street. Very noisy street at front of apartment more noticeable due to single glazing on windows.
It was perfect for a family with older kids, we all had our own space, and it was very near to walk anywhere we wanted to visit.
Some of the kitchen things (mugs and cutlery) were not very clean and I had to wash them myself before use.
We were not happy at all with the accommodation: - the apartment is really very noisy - it was cold and the heating did not work and nobody reacted on our request on how we could make it warmer. - We were 4 in the apartment but only received 2 sets of towels. Also after a request nobody reacted to provide more towels. - the apartment was not very clean, and the carpet in the bedrooms is really dirty. - the barthroom is also very small and bare.
A short walking distance from all the sites, the train station, the tourist buses and the information centre is a plus. The bedroom was lovely and it was far from the noisy street (around midnight). Being able to keep food and cook a few meals was also excellent.
I think it would be a good idea to indicate on the door of the apartment that it is the number 4. I was not quite sure at first. The doorbell did not seem to work.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.there was a mix up with our reservation and they went out of their way to sort it out,and thankfully they did x
The location in bath was good. The facilities in the apartment were also good. Would recommend to others.
There was nowhere in the apartment that you could use a hair dryer and look into a mirror. Also some hooks on the back of the bathroom and bedroom doors would be good. Also a clothes airer as the washer/dryer does not dry. It was very noisy in the morning when the traffic started, maybe double glazing would help. Legs on chairs very loose and need attention.
i like the appartement which is clean and confortable
a little bit far away from the center. When you book the appartement with the adress in the booking but infact this is not and you do not know where they put you untill last minute and you can not have time to find other appartement
